This has been our 6th visit to the Sedona area and our 3rd stay in the Village of Oak Creek. The Bell Rock Inn has been the best so far.

Room:
The room was a studio (we got it for $100.00 per night on Priceline) and was a great size for two. It was very clean, well appointed, updated with modern clours and ammenties, on the ground floor and on the backside of the complex. The bed was King size, very comfortable, feather duvet, 4 pillows and crisp white sheets. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet if required. The kitchen area had a coffee pot, toaster, two burner flattop cooktop (no oven), full sized refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and cultery for 4 people (no wine glasses though :) The vanity was outside the bathroom so others could use it if the toilet or tub/shower was being used. The TV in the room was a new 43 (this is a guess) inch flat screen on a swivel so you could watch it from the bed, or swing it around to view from the livingroom area. There were lots of channels to choose from.

Pool:
Quiet, lots of very comfortable pool chairs with heavy plush cushions, umbrellas and tables. We often had the pool area to ourselves for hours! The water temperature was approximately 90 F. There is a hot tub which we didn't use but others did. One little issue would be the "grime" build-up around the inside wall of the pool at the water level. It really needed a good scrubbing.

Grounds & Building:
The grounds are very nice, clean and quiet. Although there were renovations taking place in several of the rooms.....the work or noise never bothered us.One consistant comment written about by others has been the noise that travels if you are in a groundfloor room from those who are staying above you. This is absolutely true. You can hear every footstep, coin drop, toilet flush. Thankfully we only had guests above us two of our 6 nights. If the complex was busy, well it might become very annoying. There was a resort fee of $10.00 per day to use the pool and free WiFi, which was excellent, fast and a strong signal.

The Time-Share Talk:
Many others shared their experiences about the pressured "time share talk", so we went prepared to say "no thanks! Well, we were not even approached! Not once and we were at the hotel for 7 days. So, if you are interested in attending then it is there for you, but if you are not then don't worry about being "hounded."

We would absolutely stay here again!

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor and not on the roadside tend to be quieter. Some rooms do not have patios...

The rooms were great and the two bedroom suite was great for my Mother in Law and Sister in Law and their 3 year old. Very well maintained. Our one bedroom was very spacious and had a full kitchen. My only complaint was the pillows will give you a stiff neck. We asked for new pillows and they said they did not have soft ones. Bring your own or stop in Phoenix at Target and buy some.

Room Tip: Close to the adult pool was great except room 141 because the swamp cooler made noise at night

Ive been to 3 diamond resorts in sedona this one is the simplest family friendly hotel. I suggest this if you out and about the town nice clean place does not have all the extras like los abrigados.. but is worth the money and time when u plan to spend your time away from the hotel. .

We stayed at Bell Rock Inn for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We only stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the pool and family activities! The one bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a 3 star resort and I thought for your money it was a steal! Yes, it is a time share and the only time this is mentioned is after your check in you get a welcome tote from the concierge desk and they ask if you would like to listen to the 90 minute presentation-if you don't-just say you don't have time. No problem or pressure! There is a $10 resort fee...seems to be the norm lately, but you can get such a good price deal that you are actually paying less then most hotels in Sedona anyway. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I guess my only criticism were the old style air conditioners being a bit noisy but they kept the room temperature perfect! Would stay here again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the C wing, above the lobby...parking lot view. It was quiet, but the whole resort was...

We stayed here for 2 nights on 4th of July week. We had a studio unit, with a separate sitting area and kitchnette in buidling D, by the pool. The sofa was a pull out bed. THe mattress of the sofa was so good, better than the actual bed. The sleeping area was a little tight with the bag and everything.

We had a little patio with chair with a pool of the view and a Gazebo and water fountain, very pretty (no view of the bell rock).

THis is a diamond International timeshare also so they try to get you to go listen for $100 Visa etc. We actually signed up to go next time and paid money to get 4 days package. Haven't been to the presentation yet so can't tell you how pushy they were or not.

My daughter loved the pool, not too busy, just a few people.

It's about 20-25 minutes from Sedona Y but just few feets from Bell Rock and close to other hiking trails.

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Terrible policies. Charged a "resort fee" for use of the pool, fitness center, etc.-the basic amenities included with every other hotel stay I've ever had. Housekeeping came once during a 5 night stay. Their reason is that they're a time share. They don't advertise that on travel sites, though. They aggressively "invited" us to sit in on their sales pitch every time we went to the lobby. Also, they called the room to invite us to their presentation.

So I am going to start by saying the room was very nice. Full size fridge, real coffee maker, all the utensil you could need in the kitchenette. Even a couple dishwasher soaps for the dishwasher should you need it.
However, we came in, had a very quick check in (I thought because I had already paid weeks ago) got sent to the “concierge” who is actually the resorts first stop on the time share train. She tried, but we were just not interested in a time share. We got to our room and I got a text alert showing they charged me $495…… again! Long story short, after a couple visits, they showed where they did reverse it back, but it being a holiday weekend, I didn’t get my money back for days (literally 4 days).
The resort states no dogs, in fine print somewhere it says only for a few people or select amount of dogs, i cant remember exactly what it says but i had to sign a coulpe times stating no dogs. Well, we found out that we were next to a room with dogs when the dog owners left and the dogs barked constantly. Thin walls so we heard them for 2 hours while we were trying to relax adn take a nap.
The last night we were there, on a Saturday, there was a person in the room above us. We heard the chairs scrape across the floor, every step the person we took we heard, back and forth, back and forth all night long! There shouldnt be tile on the second floor of these rooms!
So, nice room and property, but thin walls and very thin ceiling. Probably better on the second story, but we also wanted the patio that was on the 1st floor only.
Personally for me, for the price, not for me. And no way would recommend purchasing a timeshare there!

Room Tip: IF you must stay here, Ask for a second story room away from dog rooms and make sure if you pay in a...
