The room they gave us had a hole in the carpet. I knew the moment we walked in we were in trouble. We were going to a time share presentation at the Los Abrigados. When walking to our balcony. Instead seeing a gorgeous view we were greeted by the parking lot. The toilet did not flushed. The faucet and toilet ran water all night long. The people upstairs above our heads must have had a circus in their room until 3:00 a.m. you could hear the stomping of feet and the meow of a cat. Then to make matters worst the sheets we had, made my body itch. I am never going back there again. They would not change out rooms for us only if we bought a time share. The only thing good about the place is the night man gave me a blanket. Thank you night man good bye Bell Rock INN

Oh yeah P.S. VHS players are so last year

I thought the place was over-priced for what you get. There is no breakfast or restaurant on site. Our room had a big piece of drywall that looked like it was just repaired, covering a big water leak. I touched the wall and a big chunk of drywall came off. Everything looked "old", including the couch, carpet, walls, etc. Bugs must have been a problem because our welcome letter said, "Hope you have a bug-free stay". We did, thankfully. I did like the room layout, though. The pool area looked nice, although we didn't have time to enjoy it.

This was a timeshare presentation stay. I was not impressed. The room had large red ants in it. They offered us another room and we took it. when we were moving our things into the second room we saw a brown roach crawling across the bathroom floor! The management explained they are "not resposible for what they cannot control living in the desert". In other words refused to comp the room or discount the already "discounted rate" due to the great inconvienence.

Needless to say we left one day earlier than intended.

I would not refer a dog to this place.

Booked a trade for a 2 bed 2 bath timeshare. Check in was easy and the resort, though under renovation, was very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised as I had read other reviews that did not seem so good. Once we entered the unit, it was beautiful. Very elegantly decorated with desert and earth colors. It was two huge bedrooms downstairs with the kitchen and living room upstairs. Also a full additional bathroom upstairs. I think it was about 1,300 sq feet.

The property was perfectly located for hikes in Bell Rock and just a few minutes from the Church.

The pool near the 2 bedrooms was not yet finished which was disappointing but it got finished on July 4th and we were the first ones to jump on in. That was great. The other pool on the other side of the property is also very nice (and there is a jacuzzi near that pool).

Be patient if you visit Sedona over the next two years as there is lots and lots of construction but it moves quickly. Relax and just go the speed limit and drive safely.

This resort is outside in Oak Creek Canyon and is about 8 miles from downstairs Sedona. It's a quick drive but you must drive to get to Sedona.

We had pizza at a nice place nearby. It's called Pago's Pizza. Nice place and decent pizza.

The IGA grocery store is not too far away and very nice.

Hiking: Bell Rock nearby is perfect for an early morning hike. We did it twice. Also hike the Bonyton Canyon is a great hike but about 7.5 miles round trip. It is so worth it so head out early and enjoy the hike.

Enjoy the Bell Rock and relax. Feel the Earth's energy in Sedona and hike early and often.

Very nice place to stay. We got up graded from a studio to a suite with upstairs kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Wonderful bed with nice bathroom and incredible location and views.

I would certainly stay there again.

Travel tip... do take the Pink Jeep tour. What a blast!!

Ate at the Havelina Cantina. Food was good. Service was slow and management didnt want to honor the promotion and discount offered that weekend.

The rooms can only be described as grungy. The bed in the first room that we had (Room 238) actually had weird reddish stains on the box spring near the bed side table. The furniture was threadbare, the sheets were worn out and the pillows were lumpy and looked like they were picked up from a garage sale. The bathroom tiles and grout were worn out. We asked to be moved and the second room (Room 254) was only a little better but at least no stains...

The covered swing/glider by the pool would have been a nice touch if it wasn't moldy! I didn't look much further into the pool after seeing that.

The price for this room was WAY too high!! It looks like this hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation judging by the new landscaping that was waiting to be planted and the construction mess in the parking lots. Other reviewers have said that there's renovated rooms... make sure you get one! I've stayed at better Motel Six's for much much less!!
