The Enchantment Resort was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The staff were amazing and very customer oriented and accommodating ! We had dinner at Che-Ah-Chi at the resort. The food here was OK. Not great for the price. Will come to this resort again because it is just lovely to wake up in the morning and take in the beauty of Boynton Canyon!

The Enchantment Resort is always my first choice on trips to the red rocks of Sedona. The service is outstanding and the peace and tranquility of the property is unmatched. The Mii Amo spa is nothing short of amazing and the bars and restaurants each stand on their own, I always say I will go try some other Sedona area restaurants and then ending up never leaving this property!

The Enchantment escorts you to your personal reservation concierge, checks you in, and the bellman gives a tour of the resort. Then off on a ride to your casita. It's expensive but worth the price to experience the specialness of Boyton Canyon. Activities abound, check with the concierge. There is a guide to take you out to the trails and tell the history of Boyton. Be sure to ask for a view, I requested and it was lovely. We did not take advantage of the spa, but checked the prices. Spa is very expensive but I expected that, it offers a variety of services. If just once, I'd definitely stay here at least 2-3 days! The only minor thing that could be improved is the daily housekeeping of the room/bathroom however, it doesn't stop me from recommending this awe inspiring place.

Room Tip: Request a view of red rocks

My husband & I recently celebrated our 30th anniversary at Enchantment. We started with a spa pkg at Mii Amo that had a small snafu at check in but was rectified and graciously compensated within 30 mins. Enchantment Resort worked with with the Spa to ensure that our stay was memorable. Our room was upgraded and we had a lovely bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. We dined at Che Ah Chi our first night and my husband could not stop saying "Wow" after every bite. Our room (151) had a gorgeous views from every window and even though we faced the road traffic noise or congestion (lack there of) were of no concern. We had visitors on Saturday and were able to make use of the pool and activity center (ping pong, croquet, bocce..) Everything was at our fingertips. We worked with Michelle in the Concierge to set up a picnic at the last minute in one of their green areas. We had brought all of our own supplies so the resort was not getting any funds from us, just making sure that we were happy. One of our guests wanted to order an appetizer for all of us so the hotel kindly obliged, sent it over to our site along with china, napkins and utensils and when the staff noticed that our food table was getting quite crowded they went back to get us an additional table and table cloth. The take-away from this review is that every single staff member went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met. They showed "pride of ownership" in all of their job responsibilities. The stories that some of the employees shared with us told us that management and ownership treat them the same way. It is the best way to run a business and it shows in every little thing and big thing at the Enchantment!

My husband and I have visited this property several times over the past 10 years and each time we leave more relaxed and happier than the last time. The staff from the moment you arrive work to ensure you have everything you need while visiting. The stay is pricey but worth every penny. We generally spend 90% of our time on site enjoying the all inclusive activities (there are MANY choices) as well as the restaurants and spa. The spa is open to hotel guests without having to pay for spa treatments. This past visit we ate Tii Gavo for the first time. The wait staff new the menu enough to make suggestions to suit your specific taste as well as recommend local area hikes that aren't as well known which was GREATLY appreciated! Our most recent visits have come during off season which make the resort even more enjoyable as we were able to (somewhat) select a room/view. If price is not an issue, I highly recommend a 1 bedroom casita with an appropriate bed (the casita suite only has a murphy bed), fire place, kitchenette, mutiple decks and two bathrooms. Thank you Enchantment for ANOTHER wonderful mini-vaca.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the canyon and not the parking lot - I believe the vast majority are c...

This place is rather expensive but it cost well worth it. It is in a secluded location with spectacular views everywhere. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and located a fair distance from the main building. The spa facility is in another building but only a short walk through their lovely grounds. We did not make use of the spa but it was certainly an impressive looking facility. The mail restaurant was very high quality with sophisticated cuisine and wine list. It is not inexpensive but not out of line for what it offers.

We only stayed on night, mostly so we could golf at Seven Canyons which Enchantment recently took over. Our room was adequate, nothing that exciting, but we didn't need a kitchen or anything elaborate. Service was definitely very good. We did not use the spa or eat at any of the restaurants. We did go to the spa restaurant for dinner the night we arrived and the prices were crazy high and everyone in there had on a bathrobe lol. We chose not to eat there and got in the car and ate in Sedona instead. Seven Canyons golf course was gorgeous, however. And the service at the clubhouse was great.
