“Didnt stay long enough”

It was a last minute decision to change our booked hotel to the Enchantment.
So glad we did as from the moment we arrived the staff where great and excellent with the kids.
The kids even got their own welcome pack.
The location is amazing and the view from the pool is stunning.
We only stayed two nights due to our busy itinerary but I would love to go back.

Throughout the rest of our trip no other hotel compared.

The name of this resort sums it up . It is stunningly beautiful and the rooms are amazing. We had a casita with a huge master bedroom and two pull down queen sized beds in the enormous living room and the accommodation also had a huge fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and 2 lovely bathrooms as well as a huge area of decking on two balconies and a gas barbecue with outside eating area. All the resort facilities are available free of charge ( apart from the Spa massages etc ) so you can play tennis, ride bikes, play croquet, swim in any of the 3 pools : the list just goes on and we did not have enough time to make the most of all of it. It's a very quiet and spread out resort so never feels busy and all of the staff are charming and attentive. Overall this is a really luxurious place that is also very good value, and would recommend it to anyone, and suggest you stay longer than a day as there is so much to do !

Beautiful, scenic, luxury resort with so much to do if you choose. This trip was a real treat for my husband and I, we loved it! Yes, it's expensive, though the restaurants are fabulous (they're expensive too), but go knowing it's a splurge and embrace the place. We did the Chef's Table one night and it was excellent. The only thing disappointing was that they abruptly canceled the golf clinic and never bothered to tell anyone. So since we planned our day around it, it was a disappointment. Otherwise, we loved Sedona and would not stay any place else.

We had a two queen bed junior suite casita which worked well for us and our teenage boys. The main room was large with a huge bathroom. All very nicely appointed.
The hotel has amazing views over the canyon rocks and I think probably should be deemed one of the most beautiful views from a swimming pool or tennis court in the world.
The staff were charming and a shout out for Brian at the tennis courts for his coaching support for our boys!
Chi Amo restaurant was great although the dress code of business casual did not seem to be well enforced... As True Brits we dressed up, shame the other visitors did not despite the dress code.
All in all a great place to stay with wonderful views and sporting kit included in the resort fee as is wifi.

Room Tip: Ask to be closer to the main lobby as the resort is large and all activities start at the lobby.

Enchantment is a wonderful place for active people. The resort offers activities throughout the day to keep guest occupied. Tennis, mt biking, mini golf, yoga, and hikingThe room where we stayed was clean with a scenic view. The pool service was great. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Downtown Sedona is about a 15 min drive. Great vacation spot.

As most reviewers mentioned, the location is gorgeous although a bit remote. The hotel service was very nice as the staff genuinely bends over and back to assist. The rooms were very large and comfortable (spacious for families -king size beds, lounge area with fireplace and independant tv..) huge super clean and well lit bathrooms, closet WC, convenient closet space... The food in the restaurants was excellent. Regrettable there was no breakfast buffet.
The kids club had very convenient hours but did not include many outdoors activities when weather permitted which is unfortunate as the location definitely would permit this.

Having been spoiled with spa services worldwide, I was not very impressed especially given the price of the services. The products and staff was friendly but the services had nothing to write home about. The spa facilities are very large (and therefore seemed a bit industrial).

The experience was so amazing I am not sure where to start.....When I made the reservation I mentioned that it was to celebrate my husband's birthday. When we arrived at the gate they wished my husband happy birthday...we were escorted to check in which took less than a minute, were given a tour of the lobby and made aware of all their facilities. We were then escorted to our room which was really nice.
We had a jr. suite, which had an extra large bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower, two TV's, a small sitting area, fireplace and patio. We called for rides everywhere we wanted to go. The food in the restaurants is very pricey, but also very good. We were lucky when we were there...the place was not very crowded so the pool area was quiet and relaxing and no waiting at the restaurants.
We have never experienced this level of customer service. All the staff made us feel welcome and like they were happy to be of service to us. We felt like royalty!
My husband climbed the trail behind the spa up to the Vortex and the views were wonderful. We can afford to go back often, but will definitely go back to celebrate special occasions.
Last, but not least....we had a family crisis and had to leave earlier than planned and they even offered to come help us load the car and bring us water for our trip home.

Room Tip: The jr. suite is great room for couples
