Despite the fact that your overall experience wasn’t what you expected, I’m glad to hear that we were able to accommodate you and your furry family member on short notice. March and April are two of the busiest months of the year in Sedona. To answer your question, our pet fee is due to the extra cleaning involved to accommodate that luxury. It’s important that we also remain mindful of our guests traveling without pets and insure they aren’t exposed to any pet dander or anything that wouldn’t otherwise be present in a hotel that does not allow pets. Our breakfast is perfect for those who want more time to enjoy their vacation and less time looking for a restaurant for breakfast. The majority of guests enjoy it, but I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t to your taste. If you return, feel free to ask our knowledgeable front desk for restaurant recommendations. There are some great restaurants in town, even within walking distance. And for the best rates we offer, you’ll want to make sure you’re booking directly with the hotel. Again, feel free to call!
