This BW was a very nice surprise. We travelled to Sedona on a romantic getaway and this BW is a resort type hotel with very nice romantic breathtaking views of the rocks. It is worth it to ask for a room with a view of the rocks instead of the city view. We stayed in a king bed room and it was spacious, very nicely decorated, the bed was as comfy as it gets, sheets were nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit too small but nothing that could spoil the stay. The sink is located outside the bath/toilet which helped. The towels are also nicer than the ones you usually find in BW hotels. The free wi fi worked perfectly and it was very fast. The breakfast buffet was another delicious surprise: fresh fruits, nicely display of items, real glasses for juices, nice ambiance and view of the red rocks of Sedona. If it wasn't that cold we could have had a table outside if we wanted. The service throughout the hotel was very good: everybody very attentive and very polite to the guests. The club house was also very nice. We enjoyed every detail and surely will be back to this hotel again.

Room Tip: Go for a room view rock views and with a balcony. It is worth it.

The hotel is situated in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, AZ. When we checked in, the desk clerk, Josh was extremely helpful and hospitable. Our room was on the 5th floor and after a quick elevator ride, we were treated to a large, clean and tastefully decorated king room. The views from our balcony were spectacular! The following morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast featuring a wonderful variety of choices including a sampling of southwest fare. Nicole and Ryan at the front desk gave us suggestions of hiking trails, attractions and things to do around the area. They were very helpful and pleasant.
Everything about this trip was a delight and we will most definately be back to this property again....maybe in the fall to see the leaves changing? Thanks to the whole staff for a wonderful getaway!

Room Tip: A view room is a must!

My family and I traveled to Sedona on New Year's eve and stayed in this hotel. It was a very nice room, clean, with comfy beds and a nice balcony that looked out onto the red rocks. It's in Uptown Sedona so easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The night stay also came with free breakfast at their little cafe. It was just delicious! Buffet style with fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, huevos rancheros and other yummy stuff. Plus there are tables out on the deck next to the breakfast room so you can sit out and enjoy the view while eating. They also have a nice outdoor pool to enjoy when its warm and an activity room with a jacuzzi, piano, and such for enjoying anytime. Great stay overall!

Room Tip: Get one with a balcony!

Room was clean (aside from one hair in the shower), quiet. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the Red Rocks and creek. The free, hot breakfast was a real treat. Room was large. Definitely worth the extra few dollars for a room with a view. Location was convenient to most restaurants and shops, but a little outside of the hubbub. Front desk help was very good.

Room Tip: We stayed in 501, which was on the end so it was quiet and had beautiful sunset views.

nice location next to creek, great clubhouse!
Each room on lower level has it's own small patio. facing east into red rocks! Lovely!

Room Tip: Lower level is easiest for getting around to parking lots in back!

We had a room almost behind the lobby, facing the mountains, which were beautiful. Since the hotel is on a slight hill, we had to walk down a flight to get to the first grassy area for the dog, and then another flight or two to get to additional grassy areas. It's a very nice facility, and very clean. The rooms are a decent size. The complimentary breakfast is served in the breakfast room in another building, and has waffle makers, scrambled eggs (which seemed powdery), sausages/bacon, etc. Some things to note:

• There are no microwaves in the rooms, but the staff was nice enough to let us borrow the microwave in their employees break room.

• The hotel is located almost at the end of the main drag which is actually pretty convenient since you don't have to drive through the shopping area which can get pretty congested with pedestrians.

• The parking area is convenient but since the hotel is on a slight hill, getting to and from the parking area entails walking on a slight slope/incline. I mention this since I saw a few elderly hotel guests having a harder time walking to and from their cars (although you can drop-off and pick-up near the lobby to avoid this) and the Breakfast Room.

• The wifi was extremely spotty. When I called it in, the front desk gave me an ethernet cable. I figured out if you turned the router on and off (under the desk) that it would work as long as you didn't close your browser. I was only there for 2 nights, so I let them know upon check-out.

Overall, the location was ideal and the beautiful view and friendly staff made-up for the minor complaints.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the mountains.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year, both times in the North wing (all these rooms have fantastic views of the red rocks).
Rooms are in a good location if you like to be close to the tourist action (restaurants, shops).
Rooms are spacious and well planned out. Both rooms had gas fireplace. The first room we stayed in on the lower floor (room 114) also had a hot tub and a separate area to store clothes and luggage. Outdoor furniture for sitting and enjoying the views was great.
Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen and towels used.
Free breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit and hot selections available. Good coffee as well. Guest laundry was clean and reasonably priced. Free parking and good fast free wifi. No complaints.
We will probably stay over in West Sedona next visit as it is a little less touristy and the more "locals" restaurants/shops are located there.

Room Tip: North building - all rooms have red rock views.
