What a great place to stay. We stopped because of rain on our way to Las Vegas an so glad we did. We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room, the room was large, very clean and inviting. Reinhardt was ver helpful with place to eat and routes to take because of monsoons. Will definitely stay again if road trip takes us back this way. My only negative is shower, small for those of us 6 ft and taller but if that was only issue, then no complaints!!

Room Tip: Go for a themed room if available

This is the best place on route 66. It was a councidence that we stopped, but it worth every penny.Reinhardt is a really nice and polite guy. Not to mention that the rooms are supercool. I definietly recommend to stop at this place, when you are traveling trough route 66.

What a jewel. The welcome we received was excellent. The rooms were large, clean and themed! The elvis room was awesome (huge bed!) and the john wayne and marilyn ones were just as great. Excellent standard and a great place to stay on your route 66 trip! Do it!

What a great place to stay!. Rienhard and Mike were very welcoming hosts. We could feel the pride they had in their small but clean and comfortable motel. This small town was a very quiet one Street " Route 66" made famous in the movie "Cars". We really enjoyed sitting on the front balcony in the evening and while drinking our morning coffee. We all definitely recommend staying here if you get a chance. Thanks for a memorable time!!!

We had dinner at Lilos. A local owned German restaurant. My son had Schnitzel for the first time and fell in love with it!! Our waitress went out of her way to make us feel right at home and gave us excellent service. Our children even commented that we didn't "complain" about anything at dinner that night. We were both in the restaurant business and know and expect good service when we go out.
Oh mention you are staying at the Canyon Lodge and receive 10% off your meals.

We stayed here for a night in May on our 3 week road trip. It was just perfect, great decoration, super clean, quiet and perfectly located for a stroll around the village. Reinhardt filled us in on the recent history of the rebirth of Seligman and how it was the model for Radium Springs of Cars fame. He has also added a nice atmosphere to the property with plants and flowers. Quite European! The Elvis theme room was fun too.
