Quintero's is fast food casual. You order your meal at a counter and then they bring it to you. Recipes are definitely not "Americanized". For example, their special chimi has shrimp, chicken and vegetables. It was very good. Some menu items are only in Spanish; but, they are happy to help. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Big bowls of soup or stew and large helpings. Inside is bright, clean, and cheerily decorated. There is a sauce bar to add to your meal.Everything, even combos, are below $10. Everything made after you order. The special chimi and the carnitas we ordered were good, as well as the accompanying guacamole. Note, they provide only plastic ware. Hard to cut meat. I intend to go back again and order a wide selection with my son. We can report whether other items were as good as the ones this time. Based on what we've seen so far, it's worth a visit. Four stars is due to the type of restaurant and our limited exposure - so far. Would have rated it three because of this; but, TripAdvisor calls that average. Definitely not that.
