The suites in this Holiday Inn Express were very large and had 2 TV's and a very nice sitting area. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the rain shower head was nice. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. We would have preferred waffles instead of the bland pancakes.More
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Sierra Vista AZ for 3 days of business (*0678). If you need to travel to Sierra Vista for business, you know that all hotels there are always near capacity. However if you do get into this property, you'll find your stay to be very pleasant. It was a good value for the room and amenities such as free breakfast and WiFI. I would highly recommend anyone consider this property.
This was a great place to stay. The check in was fast, very customer focused and friendly. Morning breakfast was the usual HIE offering but everything was hot and tasty and the hostess accommodating. It's a convenient location and there are restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Tom Foss very very clean and spacious rooms very friendly staff great free food at the continental breakfast pool spa I would highly recommend anyone staying at the spa place! Everyones quiet it's just very friendly and warm all the staff is very helpful they even have any machines I and I'm every level affordable prices everythings great about this place
We reserved a King Suite and were very pleased with the size of the room and the amenities. The breakfast was above the level of a "continental breakfast", with canadian bacon, cheese omelettes, oatmeal, pastries, etc. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance, but that was not an issue for us. The front desk staff were helpful and assisted with directions and restaurant options.

Arrived after travelling all day visiting Nature preserves in Sothern Arizona. Was dismayed to find that I had not finalized my reservation but the front desk person was very helpful and she quickly found a room for us and in a short time we were settled into a very nice clean room on main floor which pleased my husband who hates elevators.Breakfast next day was plentiful and the coffee was very good.It was nice to see two carafes for people to grab a cup of coffee early in the morning before the breakfast bar was open.Great stay thank-you the lady from Chicago who was working the front desk when we arrived.HIE should be happy to have an employee with a good sense of humor and a smiling face for all the guests.
