Bottom line: This is a nice, clean, new hotel in a quiet part of Sierra Vista, very close to the mall and some restaurants.
Cleanliness: Although the hotel is a couple of years old, it still had a "new" feel to it. The furniture in the room still didn't show any signs of wear, and the carpet and everything was still in great shape elsewhere in the hotel.
Service: I checked in slightly early, and I found the desk staff to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The service staff was also friendly and engaging.
Location: I think this hotel was in one of the best possible in Sierra Vista. It was close to the mall and several nearby restaurants, in an upper middle class area of town. Sierra Vista is small enough that the hotel was convenient to everywhere. The hotel was located slightly off of the main roads, though, so nearby traffic was minimal and the hotel was quiet. The rooms seemed secure and safe, and I believe my car was secure in the parking lot.
Value: The only reason I didn't give a 5/5 rating was because the complimentary breakfast wasn't great. Except for the do-it-yourself wafflemaker, it seemed nothing more than a light continental breakfast (muffins, fruit, juice, cereal, coffee). No bacon or sausage.I opted to go to the Denney's on Fry Blvd.
Rooms: Clean and well appointed. The only reason I didn't give a 5/5 rating was because of a slightly limited number of TV channels.
