I booked all four rooms on 9/14/12 for Memorial day weekend and gave them my credit card to hold the rooms. Called this week Feb. 21 to give them the names of everyone that would be staying in each room and they double booked the rooms. All I got was "sorry, we don't have any rooms available." We have stayed there every year for the past four years. New owner as of June of 2011. Need to learn how to handle reservations instead of leaving good customers without rooms. Our group of 50 re-enactors will not be coming in for dinner or drinks the entire weekend. You also lost one day of rental for each of your rooms due to inability of writing down reservation.
