Arrived on Thanksgiving afternoon the checkin girl Rainee was very friendly and told us of a place in town to get something to eat since it was a holiday and about everything in town was closed. She helped us with a map of the town and was very nice to visit with. We ended up staying 3 nights amd when we checked out on Sunday she was there being very nice and helpful

We stopped in without a reservation, it was not a problem. The hotel had rooms available on the second floor. The front desk women was friendly and very informative and let us know a good restaurant to eat at (Crystal Palace) and to be back by 8pm for entertainment. The rooms were very clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Fresh, hot and plenty of food for the late sleepers. We will come back next time we are in AZ. Love the parting gift.

At check iin I did not get the 2 tours which I was offered at the time of reservations. The room was very clean, housekeeping staff friendly, but the walls are VERY thin, you can hear the neighbors on each side. The heat is on so high in the hallways it is very warm in the room, had to put on the AC to cool off the room and to drown out the neighbors noise. The beds should be rotated as their is a dip on one side of the 2 beds in our room.

The breakfast had a good selection, eggs were dry and salty, pancake maker didn't work our 1st day and was not working correctly our 2nd day. I did enjoy seeing yogurt and granola, oatmeal, coffee and juices.

We usually stay at the Lookout just below this hotel, they offer fresh made to order breakfasts, walls are thicker and their service is amazing. I will not be returning here.

ambogirl24, Thank you for your response. First, I would like to apologize for our team not meeting your expectations upon your arrival. Our mobile concierge service is a great way to review our package offerings and book them in advance. Secondly, I would like to apologize for the noise you encountered and to let you know we will continue to enforce our policy on noise. Thirdly, we keep our thermostat set to 72 degrees for comfortably of all guests. Lastly, we will be taking a further look at the malfunction of our pancake machine. Once again thanks for your response as it helps us serve you "our guest" better and I hope we have another opportunity to meet your expectations.

Thanks,
Robert

The room was clean and nice. The bed was better than a lot of places I have stayed. But the room did have a odd smell to it. Check in staff not real friendly but not rude either. All in all I would stay again.

Other than good service, cleanliness and a friendly staff this hotel offerred a "Story Time" at the outdoor firepit. We had the pleasure of listening to Nancy Sosa speak to ua about the very interesting history of the area and how Tobstone came to be. She is the curator of the archives of the City of Tombstone. She is very well spoken and gave a great presentation which broadened our perceptive of the city, it's no just about the OK Corral gunfight.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past when it was a Holiday Inn. It was ALWAYS a first rate experience. We make a trip to Tombstone every other year.

This past September was our first time there after the change from a Holiday Inn and its easy to see that the Holiday inn standards are no longer in effect.

The bathroom was absolutely falling apart. Base boards peeling off the walls, hair in the shower, toilet loose from the floor and rocked, toilet seat falling off the toilet, toilet paper dispenser fell off wall when you pulled paper, hair dryer didn’t work, shower handle loose on fixture, exhaust fan screamed when turned on and door knob was loose on door.

The room had a large sticky spot on the carpet right in front of the TV, wall paper peeling off the wall in corner, windows looked like they had never been cleaned, AC rattled and woke you up each time it cycled and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed between nights.

The refrigerator sitting on the floor wasn’t designed to sit there. The door rubbed on the carpet every time you opened it so there was a build up of carpet fuzz inside the door. The little door to the freezer compartment was broken and laying in the bottom.

Went to get ice from the machine closest to the front desk and found laundry soap spilled on the floor and down the side of the washing machine. It had been there for a while as it had been tracked all over the room and into the hall.

On the second morning we had coffee but no cups to put it in.

Sad to see the place go down hill so fast. I hope they get their act together before its too late.
