Just what everyone has said: This is a fantastic little place run by a lovely and extremely hard-working family, who want to do anything to provide you with a positive experience at their restaurant and in Costa Rica. We stayed across the street at Montañas de Agua, and this was our daily breakfast and lunch or dinner retreat from the rainy-season precipitation every day. Great local prices, though we didn't mind for a second spending money here to support such hard-working folk. They run a beach snack truck and transit van as well. Costa Rican cuisine. Breakfast is outrageously good; kids loved the pancakes (arepas). Adults loved the Costa Rica arroz dishes, casados, morning coffee, and fruit. Splurge (calorie wise) on the ice cream smoothie.
