We stayed here two years ago, and we took it again. The room was OK, window A/C had to run all the time to keep up, as the door leakage was big. Breakfast was OK, don't get the stuffed French toast, as it sucks!

Room Tip: NO Elevators!

Value for money, this hotel does cut it. It is rather expensive and for the price should be of higher standard. We arrived at 4 pm and the complimentary bread dish had not arrived. We were assured they would ring us when it arrived but no call. Next morning we were told to be earlier!!! we were early, it had not arrived.

Breakfast that was included was very much below expectations. It was rather strange when we had a meal in the same restaurant the night before and could not fault the meal.

The hotel itself is of a good quality, breakfast is included in the restaurant next door but we found the service here very poor. We waited a very long time to be served, others came in after us and were being served quicker, no fault of the hotel but we felt this let them down. No beers available either anywhere so make sure you take some with you. Also didn't feel safe walking down street in the evening very much an Indian town.

We had a long trip from Los Angeles to this area. Too bad the season had just started and there was no room available in the whole area, but fortunately the Quality Inn had a few rooms available. We could stay here for one night, witch was OK. The room was clean and there were facility's that we needed like a fridge. It looks a little outdated from the outside and when you walk in the hallway, but you don't get that feeling when you enter the room. Dinner and breakfast is in the building next to the entrance, so very close. It is managed by native Americans and the food was really good and not expansive. We had some difficulty to understand how the breakfast worked, but the staff helped us with that. The staff of the Quality Inn were not that nice. I called to ask if we could stay some more nights, and she promised me she will call me back if that is possible. But after an hour, it was already 11PM, I made the call and she directly said that was not possible. Why didn't she called me back? Ah well, overall we had a nice stay

We ended up here after trying to find a place to stay in Kayenta that wasn't $200 a night or booked up. We made a good decision. This place was very nice, room was average and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a nice grass courtyard that the kids could play catch in and run around. There was very little noise overnight and it seemed very secure. We had to cash in coupons for the breakfast at the restaurant attached to the front of the hotel for the free breakfast. You could use it for 4 choices of plate breakfasts or choose something off of the menu for $6.00 off with the coupon. We all chose the breakfast plates and they were good for free.

The place is competitively priced with the other hotels in the area but offers free fry bread and an actual breakfast at the restaurant next door. Did I mention the free yummy fry bread? Rooms were clean and all basic amenities were provided. Also, are I say it again?.. Free fry bread. Loved it.

We stayed here the night, on the way to Monument Valley, as it is about half way from Flagstaff. It was a very pleasant choice. The hotel is well appointed, and we especially liked the dining room. There were always numbers of native Americans there, and Indian artifacts and clothing etc for sale. Coming from New Zealand we loved the atmosphere there. Altogether a very nice memory.
We visited in May 2011.
