A big star in a small venue always provides a night to remember and this night, as hoped, delivered the goods. Comfortable seating with good sight lines made for a show that could be enjoyed by all. Easy parking and no traffic just made it that much more worthwhile.

This is a gem of a theater. One level, about 300(?) guests; comfortable, with a great seat for everyone. Eclectic performance schedule over the winter months. Manageable drive from the NW Valley of Phoenix - check it out.

On this evening, this very local fairly new theatre was able to "fill a hole" as was pointed out by the performer in their schedule with Jim Belushi and his improv comedy troop. When i say fill a hole, it was a play on the introduction by the local woman in charge of booking the show. This seems to be a theatre sponsored by local business and a few elite donors. Enough money seems to be involved here to bring Jim and friends all the way from a previous night's engagement in Lima, Ohio. The show was wonderful. The theatre well small town quant though new is a brick design and they expect to expand the tiny lobby next year with new funding. It's actually surprising they can bring people to Wickenburg of the caliber that they do occasionally but clearly there is a enough local retirement money to warrant this theatre. In any case, keep an eye on the schedule, it may be worth a trip from in my case Phoenix, Az for a show that never made it to the big town.

It is amazing a town this small can support a performing arts center. The diversity of the events is excellent, and the ticket prices are affordable. We make it a point to attend every winter.
