The Motel 6 West in Williams is a great place to stay. The room was immaculate, the air conditioning was frigid and the employees were all extremely nice. They gave me some good pointers about where to go and what to eat while in Williams. Don't miss out on the Pine Country Cafe while there. With 40 different kinds of pie and excellent food, you'll be sorry if you do.

You simply cannot be the price, ambiance, cleanliness, and location if you're staying in Williams. I highly recommend the Motel 6 West in Williams!

Room Tip: If you stay toward the back of the hotel, say around room 115, you can park at the rear of the building, come in the back door, and be in your room in seconds. The rooms are whisper quiet, too.

The Motel looks decent from the outside, and even "ok" from the inside at first. The beds were extra firm with a little below average pillows. The worse was how I noticed my daughter's feet were black after showering. I then looked at mine and they were the same way! It was from the carpet!!!

Room was nice but didn't have any shampoo or Kleenex in room and smelled cigarette smoke at each hall entrance. Our room didn't smell of smoke though and room was very nice although it didn't have carpeting. Not only was the bed creaky, but could hear noise from adjoining rooms and floor creaked from upstairs guests. Pool was nice, clean and in pretty good condition. Was an easy walk to downtown Williams with restaurants, evening street shows and shopping. Also had a Safeway within one block. Easy access to I-40 and the Grand Canyon south entrance highway.

Room Tip: Stay upstairs. Rooms are very noisy and creaky

I was surprised at how nice this Motel 6 ways. We checked in late after traveling through part of the night, the women at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The price is so much better than anywhere else. You aren't getting any frills but the rooms were clean and quite large.

We checked in quickly at the smoke smelling front desk then drove around to our room. We had a room in a back building near the pool. The room was actually much bigger than most Motel 6 rooms that we have used in the past.

The corridors were not air conditioned. The AC in the room was flaky and took playing with to get it to work.

There was not an elevator in the back building near the pool.

From the back building you have to go a long way for ice.

Our view was of a dirt parking lot.

The TV was a very old tube type.

Only one washer and dryer worked and they were dirty.

Room Tip: Consider the main building especially if you need an elevator.
