This is a cool place to visit because there's so much to look at. It's a "funky" place with lots of photo opts. BEEF BRISKET is to die for. I even asked and received a little taste test to make sure it was good. Oh yes! That's all I ever order! The owner is there every time we go. He's very interesting and has stories for days if you engage him in conversation. Service is speedy and friendly. Price very reasonable! $$ One of the few good eateries in Williams.

Had some problems but I just couldn't give it a poor review because this place has potential, and the ambiance is great.

With some improvements and consistency this could be a great place. Stopped in for lunch around Mothers Day weekend and our experience was very enjoyable, so I was planning to give a good to excellent rating. There were four of us and we were seated in a comfortable booth in the restaurant. The service was great, ambiance nice, and food very good. Two of us had the pork and brisket sliders; the other two hamburgers, and all were very pleased with our food.

Then on Sunday, June 1st we decided to try dinner as we were told the brisket is their signature dish. But that was another story and this time we were very disappointed. There were eight of us, as we had some out of town guests, however there was no indication that we should've made a reservation. We chose the outdoor picnic-table seating, and at that time there was only one other table occupied, so it didn't appear they were that busy. They seemed well staffed as there were servers running all over the place, and our drink order was taken promptly. Our server was very pleasant and took our food order in a timely manner. However things went downhill from there. In the meantime the servers were scrambling around setting up two tables for another group, ignoring our table, while we were in need of utensils and condiments.

It took forever to get our food and when it finally did arrive it was cold or lukewarm at best. We did get our hot wings appetizer before dinner, but that also took a long time and they were cold as well. Four of our group got the brisket dinner and that was a small pile of meat, beans and choice of potato; three of us had the brisket sliders and one of mine was just a big glob of fat with hardly any meat on it; and our other guest got the "build your own" burger that she described as "mediocre". When you buy a $10 burger one expects more than a frozen piece of ground meat.

Then there's the Menu, confusing to say the least. It states dinner includes green beans, cowboy beans, baked OR mashed potato, green salad, roll OR cornbread. When our orders were taken we were given a CHOICE of beans and the salad was not even included. When I questioned our server she stated the menu "needed to be fixed".

Lastly, they were out of dinner rolls and forgot all together about serving us our cornbread, until we reminded our server, and by then, we were all finished with our dinners.

It seems they have trouble handling groups, but in defense of the servers, if the kitchen isn't doing their job, then the servers can't do theirs. Mayor Moore you have a sweet li'l gold mine there, but if you don't make some improvements people won't be returning for the riches very often.

Our group of 45 students stopped here for dinner while staying in Williams. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The students loved the whole ambiance of the Wild West Town as well as the live music. They were up and dancing in no time! The food was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it's a really charming place to grab a bite and have a good time!

We stopped by this replica Wild West Town with Saloon, after our train trip to the Grand Canyon. The owner was very nice and the food and drink were very good. We took some nice pictures in the Jail and with other props and meet some nice people. All in all, I would consider this a must see in Williams to get the Western Experience, in a laid back atmosphere. They tell me they even have swinging Saloon doors in the summer and mock gunfights also..
