“Not huge, but tasty!”
Reviewed 10 April 2014

The bakery is not huge and doesn't have a big selection. But what is there is quite good. We had wonderful croissants freshly baked that morning. The inn is a great way to celebrate Williams' quirky history, too.

“Cinnamon Roll & Coffee”
Reviewed 8 March 2014

I had been craving real coffee for days after drinking gas station dregs so stopped here on our way out of town (see other reviews for Red Raven Restaurant and Motel 6). Our hotel did not serve breakfast so I was looking forward to this stop. The Red Garter use to be a brothel/bordello and is one of the only buildings surviving a fire through the downtown area. Impressive. Inside, there are typical tourist wares for sale and I picked up a book to buy and checked out some of the more interesting options for souvenirs. The nice thing is, the items chosen here are quality as opposed to other shops. Everything was clean and had it's place. I was immediately greeted by a woman who asked a few questions and was very friendly and open to chatting. I asked for a large caramel latte and she said is that 2 shots? For anyone who loves coffee, this is a bad sign. I explained it depended on the size of the cup. The coffee was OK, it definitely will not pass the standards of the many Europeans coming through the area. Far better than gas station options though. The cinnamon roll was fantastic, huge, and very reasonably priced. There were also lots of options to choose from. Not a full bakery, but I didn't expect a small inn outside of active tourism season to be fully stocked either. I would go back and recommend to others.

“Pastries Homemade & Delicious!”
Reviewed 6 November 2013

We stayed here at the B&B. I had the coffee cake, and my husband had the big cinnamon bun. Both were great! They also served us fresh fruit and yogurt. Good coffee and hot tea. The room use to be a wild west saloon, with a bordello upstairs. Very nicely decorated.

“Hmmmm...interesting history!”
Reviewed 20 September 2013 via mobile

We were not interested in the Bakery, the history of the establishment as a Brothel was fascinating! The memorabilia on the topic and lighthearted items were a good giggle! We spent a good few quid for presents for friends with a similar sense of humour.

“Not Impressed”
Reviewed 11 September 2013

They are only open from 7 AM - 11 AM and 4 PM - 7 PM. The bakery section of this store is very small and the selection is also very limited. We were so disappointed that we did not purchase anything. The lady we talked to was busy with other things and told us to look around until she finished her other tasks.
