“Perfect last minute accomodations”

We drove into Williams unexpectedly without reservations. We stopped at 4 or so of the chain hotels and didn't seem comfortable with any of them. We pulled up to the main desk of the Canyon Country and were greeted by the owner. She gave us a room to stay in for the night for half the price of anyone else. The room was clean and breakfast was at least something compared to the other hotels nothing. If you want a 4 star hotel this is not the place. If you need s clean room with a nice bed, this is the place.

Recently we stayed in Williams on our way to the Grand Canyon. Based on reviews we opted to stay here rather than a chain hotel. We had trouble making a reservation. After receiving no return emails, my husband called at least twice before making contact with someone interested in helping us. Again based on reviews about the size of the rooms, he up graded to something a bit larger. Our view was six - count 'em six - trash cans. The hotel was basically empty so that was disappointing. Breakfast was "continental" - grocery store style. Juice boxes, muffins, etc. Plan to walk to a local restaurant if you want a real breakfast. While it is very quaint and very well located for walking Williams, this is not a place we would stay at again.

Check-in lady was really nice. Our room was quite small, but that didn't bother us since we stayed for just one night. The bathroom was quite large though. Breakfast ended at nine so we overslept it, but we just went to one of the nice breakfast places nearby instead. We couldn't get our TV to work, but since we were just staying one night we didn't bother. Great place for little money.

We stayed there for three nights and the only complaint was that the room was just a bit too small - but let's be honest, no one is going to the Grand Canyon to stay in the hotel room the whole time! It suited us just fine. The breakfasts were good (but they didn't have hot meals) and the women were extremely pleasant. Very clean, I would stay there again!

We booked this through Hotels.com. The room we were given was very, very small, no AC, no fan, right along the road. We tried opening the windows but the road noise was so bad we couldn't sleep. We asked for a fan but we were told they had none. No internet, limited TV, and small breakfast across the street and no place to sit.

We stayed here for 5 days and totally enjoyed our time in this quaint bed and breakfast. We were there over Labor Day weekend. The town was quite busy. Most restaurants handle the crowd quite well. People were very friendly and helpful. It was a great relaxing vacation for us and the train ride is well worth it.

Room Tip: This place is very close to everything.

We were in this hotel to visit Grand Canyon south rim. The park is about 1h drive from the hotel and it's located on the route 66 in Williams.
The room was very clean and comfortable, it was decorated in a beautiful way with teddy bears. Teddy bears were also in the reception and along the stairs.
Personnel at the reception was very kind: we arrived very late in the evening and, even if the reception was closed, they left the key of the room in an envelope and we checked in the morning after.
Breakfast is included in the rate and it's quite good with good quality.
Just one thing which justifies the four stars: the room where we slept was small but it's ok for one night.
I would recommend this B&B!
