“Comfy and Cozy!”
Reviewed 15 October 2012

While traveling from Sedona to Las Vegas, we decided to take a detour to the grand canyon and stay at the Grand Living for a night. The rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortably and each with access to the wrap around porch. We checked in and they immediately offered to make us dinner reservations. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the porch before dinner had the best nights sleep on the plush comfy bed. Breakfast was delish! Gloria made homemade banana bread that was the best I've ever had (shh...don't tell my mom) and the best homemade granola too along with a fritata and sausage. Gloria and Bill were wonderful hosts who have much to share, they have lived all over and traveled the world. Super nice people and would definitely stay with them again if we ever find ourselves in the area again. Thanks for a great stay! Ray and Ashley

I swear that no one asked us to write these lines.

We visited a lot of "B&B" in Europe. We never experienced such an hospitality as with Gloria nand Bill at Williams.

One night and one breakfast, and you feel home.

Thank you Gloria, thank you Bill to welcome us as we never have been.

We loved staying at Grand Living B & B as a base to explore the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. Bill and Gloria have done a fantastic job providing a perfect blend of ambience and luxury. The bed was so comfortable and every detail was taken care of for a good night's sleep. The beautiful decor throughout made this B & B extraordinary!

We loved the tasty breakfast and enjoyed good fellowship each morning before our adventures. I would highly recommend that anyone traveling to Williams AZ should stay at this wonderful B & B with fantastic owners.

Room Tip: Every room is beautifully decorated!

We had a delightful weekend stay at "Grand Living." It is a immaculate B&B, the nicest we have ever stayed at. The linens were so luxurious and the room was delightful. Lovely stained glass window in our upstairs room. The breakfast was very tasty, great coffee and breakfast selections. The bed was so comfy, we always travel with our own pillows but not needed this trip. Bill and Gloria were very gracious.

Room Tip: The upstairs room was extra large and the bed was really very comfortable. The artwork was from arou...

The Grand Living B&B is a wonderful place to stay in the little town of Willimas, AZ. (one hour from Sedona and one hour from the Grand Canyon) It was out first stay in a B&B and everything about it was perfect. The room was extremely nice and there was so much attention paid to detail. The rest of the home was beautiful and extremely interesting with furniture, art work, etc. from all over the world. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, as well. Bill & Gloria, the owners, were extremely gracious, friendly and helpful. They even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant. We will fondly remember this part of our Grand Canyon vacation for many years to come!

Very comfortable room, lots of attention paid to detail. Not the cheapest place in Williams, but worth it. We were greeted by the owners Bill and Gloria who told us to help ourselves to food and facilities in the kitchen if we needed them. About 2-3 miles from the main strip of bars and restaurant. Roads in between aren't lit very well, so you'll want a car or a cab.
Breakfast was home cooked by Gloria, and was served around one big dining table for all guests more or less at once. This means you can chat to other guests and swap stories and travel advice, or just keep your head down and chew quickly, depending on how gregarious you're feeling! You'll either love or hate the breakfast arrangements, but you will definitely love your room in this great B&B.

My husband and I stayed in the Rose room and another couple we were traveling with stayed in the Jasmine room (I think). Both rooms were at the front of the house so it was nice to be up there together. Breakfast was very good and the hosts were wonderful with lots of great tips about the area. The house and bathrooms were clean and filled with conveniences. Everything was beautifully decorated. Wi-Fi is available! If you stay here, you won't be disappointed. Williams, AZ is a cute little Wild West sort of town. It's a pretty neat place.
