“Loved the planes!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 July 2014

We loved the restored planes, the exhibits of artifacts and memorabilia, and the couple who run the museum. Don't forget to stop in and see the little auto museum at the airport building next door. We didn't get a chance to do the tour of the Constellation (an additional $3,) but plan to go back again.

“A hidden gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 July 2014 via mobile

On our way to the Canyon we drove past this place and had to stop. The planes were awesome but Shirley behind the counter made my day. She was not only knowledgeable about the planes...she was so friendly. She gave us great advice about visiting the GC and truly made our day. Please go visit her and support this local gem!

“Great stop”

Nice quick stop on the way to the canyon. The kids loved the planes. Lot of cool experimental planes in there and a good bit of reading. Lots to learn in there.

“A Historic Place to See Near Williams”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 June 2014

This is an interesting place that is sure to give you some fun learning about aviation history. They have a good selection of planes and a lot of knowledge. It is a short drive north of Williams. Be prepared to spend a few hours looking at all the planes.

“Perfect for Airplane Lovers”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 June 2014 via mobile

My FIL really loves planes, he used to fly and is quite the expert on airplane history and mechanics. He never skips an air museum when he sees one and he was really impressed with this Planes of Fame - so that's saying something! It was mostly wheelchair accessible so that was a plus for us. The staff was also super sweet and went out of their way to make it a great experience. It's small, but they have an impressive and diverse collection of aircraft that you can get as close to as you want. Great place, if that's what you're into!
