We stayed here during our spring break - the week before Easter. The hotel was busy but not insane. I was very happy with our stay. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was good-sized and clean. The bathroom had a tub, sink and toilet. There was also a sink and counter right outside the bathroom, which we liked.
The breakfast experience was excellent. (We chose Best Western because of the included breakfast.) There is ample room in the food serving area, and when we were there they were serving scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in hot trays along with other continental breakfast choices. The seating is also ample with an overflow indoor "patio" area.
The hotel is about a 50 minute drive to the south rim entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. It's about 20 minutes to Flagstaff.
The two things that I didn't love: 1) Our room was on the second floor. Since there is no elevator, and we had quite a bit of luggage, it was a bit of a workout to lug our stuff up the stairs. 2) The hotel is on the far end of town, so you need to drive a couple of minutes to get to the main Williams town area (Safeway, restaurants, etc.)
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. No question. Especially with kids.More
