We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon and riding the Polar Express with our grandson. The property is on a hill and set back off the highway, and is set among the trees and a very quite, serene setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in & out was very smooth, they have a very nice restaurant and lounge onsite. They also have a small gift shop with snacks, sodas, ect. with reasonable prices.
The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The property appears to be well maintained inside and outside. The parking spaces are a little larger than you normally see at hotels.
We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was very good and prices reasonable. Breakfast is included and was good with a variety of items both hot & cold to chose from. They were in the process of replacing the carpet in the rooms and I think the common areas. The work was performed during the day when most people were gone. Grand Canyon village is about an hours drive from the hotel. Downtown Williams and the Grand Canyon Railway station is about a mile from the hotel.
I will plan on staying here again when I return to Williams.

We were driving back through the country and decided to visit the Grand Canyon along the way. This was a nice place to stop off, though it was about an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon Village. The trade-offs are that it's a little cheaper than places right outside the national park, but you have to drive a bit. Wasn't a big deal, we got up early and drove to the park in the wee hours so we could see the Grand Canyon at dawn/sunrise.

The town of Williams, AZ is interesting as well. We weren't there very long, but it had appeal and wished our trip allowed just a little bit more time to explore during open/daylight hours.

Stayed here one night on my way to Vegas for a convention. It is a short jump to the Grand Canyon from the hotel. The hotel is set amongst the trees in a very serene setting. At night they had a fire pit out by the pool which was cozy. A full service bar just inside the doors. They had a nice looking steak house just off the lobby. (I did not eat dinner at the hotel) The room was spacious and clean. On your way to Vegas or the Canyon, I would recommend this Best Western.

Located in a pine tree setting, this is an excellent motel. Check-in was smooth and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Both dinner that evening and breakfast the next morning were delicious. The gift shop had items that you might really want to buy. All in all, good job...well done. Lyle

Room Tip: First floor saves many steps and is handy to the parking lot.

We loved everything about this property.Easy to find, beautiful landscape and scenery.
The Inn is so well designed that it really seemed more special than a"Best Western Plus" brand would indicate.
The steakhouse was excellent and the staff very accomodating.Bar was casual and comfortable.
Two in our party had mobility issues and we found the hotel very easy to navigate. There is no elevator,so ask for a first floor room if you don't do stairs. We didn't want to travel around town too much and we were very satisfied with having all of our meals at the hotel.
Outside the Steakhouse is a beautifully designed patio with fire pit and patio heat lamps, which seemed perfect for the smokers in the crowd.

Jolene and I were traveling from Las Vegas to see the Grand Canyon. We looked for hotels in Williams, AZ and were lucky to pick the Best Western Plus Inn. We scheduled a late arrival and were welcomed upon our arrival. The price was moderate to low and included breakfast. The king bed room was spacious and included a refrigerator for our sodas and snacks. We were given great advice about ticketing for entry to the Grand Canyon.

The room included a full hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles, juice, milk, coffee, tea, cereals, sweet rolls, fruit and more. Wonderful!

Williams is a cute town where the train to the Grand Canyon can be booked. It is an easy 50 miles drive to the South Rim entrance. Our advice was to get a lifetime senior pass for $10.00. We could buy the pass at the Visitor’s Center in Williams. Only one was needed and we avoided the line and the $25.00 entry fee to the Grand Canyon. Best of all it is good at all National Parks throughout the US. Jo will have to keep me around another 40 years because our one pass is in my name.

There is a mini mart 300 feet down from the hotel with groceries and supplies.

Conveniently located close to I 40 and Historic Route 66, the lodge-style hotel was a perfect place to spend the night beofre our trip to Grand Canyon. The Best Western Plus Inn offered a good value plus breakfast bar, both of which were outstanding! The contiential breakfast included eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, you-make waffles, a variety of pastries and cereals, toast, bagels, plus yogurt and fruit.

The Best Western Plus Inn also has a gift shop, exercise room, restraunt, pool and bar all on-site as the hotel is located outside of town on a hill, in a quiet wooded area.

There are only 2 floors but no elevators so handicap access and large amounts of luggage may be a difficulty if you are on the 2nd floor. This is a NON Smoking facility although they do have an outside bench available. Entrance from the exterior of the hotel is by key card for locations other than the lobby entrance.

Room Tip: The inn is set on a hillside off of the interstate, but no noise was noticeable from the parking lot...
