“Nice stay!”
Reviewed 14 December 2013

We stayed here while my family and I were in town to see Polar Express. Rooms were clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always had coffee ready. Price was right! Continental breakfast was a nice bonus too.

What a great nice updated place. Close to town so very convenient. The price was great and was very impressed with the breakfast. Had a great indoor pool next time ill have to bring kids swimsuits. Would defiantly stay again.

A lil bum another guest received a surprise after polar express. That's what we were there for.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us at the Days Inn of Williams. I am so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Please forgive the oversight when you returned from Polar Express. Each child is supposed to get a cookie and hot chocolate. I am so sad to think you slipped through the cracks. Please forgive us!

You have many choices, we are delighted that you chose us. Please stay with us again if you are ever in Williams Arizona again.

Sincerely,
Sally Olson

We checked in on a very snowy and windy night to find a nice warm/dry hotel. Plenty of hot chocolate and coffee near lobby to warm us up and 2 of the friendliest female front desk staff that we have encountered in a long time. We took our kids to the Polar Express which was only about 1.5 miles from hotel and the kids received a special treat from hotel when we returned. Very clean facility and perfect breakfast. I would recommend to anyone coming to Polar Express, City of Williams or the Grand Canyon.

I am so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! Our staff all take such pride in their jobs and it feels great to hear you were well taken care of. We have worked hard to make many upgrades to the property to include all new deluxe pillow top mattresses with luxury linens, all new furnishings, new flat screen HD televisions with over 100 channels, new granite surrounds in the bathrooms, fridge/microwaves in each room and may more upgrades throughout the property.

Thank you for giving us the change to serve you while you were in Williams Arizona.

We hope to see you again soon!

So I am currently moving back to Virginia from San Diego, California with my great dane puppy and two friends along with their dogs. As you can imagine, finding a hotel, much less a decent hotel that is "pet friendly" (charging $75 per pet per night is not pet friendly nor is putting a puppy owner on the 3rd floor...potty breaks anyone?) but to my surprise, this Days Inn was truly pet friendly, very CLEAN, and they had a machine for instant hot cocoa, which was perfect and much needed for that very snowy night we stopped in. The breakfast was superb as well, the night front desk clerk was a polite young man, however the young woman the following morning (12/8) had no sense of common courtesy, when someone says thank you and have a nice day, it usually warrants a response, I didn't even get a glance.

The hotel cleanliness, breakfast, and true pet friendly nature of this place made up for one negative customer representative.

We stayed at this hotel as it was located on the way to the Grand Canyon. We stayed one night and have nothing bad to say about the rooms.

We drove from LA (7+ hours) to find the hotel had been struck with a power outage. Totally pitch black. The staff handled the situation well. They checked us in under candle light and advised us that our room is on the first floor. Luckily we only had 3 large suitcases to carry up the stairs. The hotel doesn't have lifts, so if you have a number of large heavy items ask for a room on the ground floor. I wished I had!

The breakfast was good and always attended so nothing ran out.

Williams township is a nice change from the big cities of America.

Room Tip: There are no lifts at this hotel. Select a ground floor room if you have heavy luggage.
