Booked this hotel online, and on arrival, all seemed well enough. We were directed towards the Pool and Spa area on check in, and thought that first thing in the morning, it would be a great idea to start out with a hot tub and swim. That morning, upon trying to turn on the spa jets, we discovered it wasn't working. A call to the front desk was met with a "well, there is a switch to turn on, try that". We'd already tried that.... so the clerk said a maintenance man would be down shortly. When he arrived, he stated that the hot tub hadn't been working for quite some time....and they were waiting for a part to arrive to fix it. He said the front desk people were morons. We agreed. Later that night, we tried to go back up to our room using the side entrance, and found our access card wasn't working. Another lady staying at the hotel, with her hands full of groceries, tried to get in as well....and couldn't. After running around to the front door, and having my other half open the door from the inside... we got in....and discovered in the morning, the easy fix for them was to duct tape the bolt open. Fabulous security NOT! The beds were hard as a rock. When all of this was addressed with the front desk, we were advised that Ramada had just taken over the building, and hadn't come through yet to tell them what had to be done..... Are you SERIOUS????? Don't do it.... save your money.... stay somewhere else!
The only good things were the internet rocked....and Doc Hollidays (Restaurant) was fantastic! Our waitress was amazing!
