“Don't Bother!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 March 2014

Booked this hotel online, and on arrival, all seemed well enough. We were directed towards the Pool and Spa area on check in, and thought that first thing in the morning, it would be a great idea to start out with a hot tub and swim. That morning, upon trying to turn on the spa jets, we discovered it wasn't working. A call to the front desk was met with a "well, there is a switch to turn on, try that". We'd already tried that.... so the clerk said a maintenance man would be down shortly. When he arrived, he stated that the hot tub hadn't been working for quite some time....and they were waiting for a part to arrive to fix it. He said the front desk people were morons. We agreed. Later that night, we tried to go back up to our room using the side entrance, and found our access card wasn't working. Another lady staying at the hotel, with her hands full of groceries, tried to get in as well....and couldn't. After running around to the front door, and having my other half open the door from the inside... we got in....and discovered in the morning, the easy fix for them was to duct tape the bolt open. Fabulous security NOT! The beds were hard as a rock. When all of this was addressed with the front desk, we were advised that Ramada had just taken over the building, and hadn't come through yet to tell them what had to be done..... Are you SERIOUS????? Don't do it.... save your money.... stay somewhere else!

The only good things were the internet rocked....and Doc Hollidays (Restaurant) was fantastic! Our waitress was amazing!

When my son watched Cars the Movie in his 6 th birthday , he wanted to visit Radiator Springs. Williams is as close, as you can get to that. The Holiday Inn was a little basic , but good location and great value for money. Within walking distance of the town ! The kids loved the pool, the staff were helpful and we loved the free popcorn machine in reception ! Would definitely visit again !!

I've been reading reviews and now I'm a little skeptical about staying here this weekend. I only read a couple of reviews. Before I booked reservations here I read that free breakfast was included (I hope that's true) this is our first family mini vacation so I hope we have a great experience at this hotel....fingers crossed. I'll give my reviews as soon as vacation is over, so for now i'll give it 3 stars to be fair =-)

Stayed one night in February 2014 under the impression that Ramada was a good brand property. The lobby seemed appropriate so we booked and left to sightsee as it was not check in time. When we returned, our room was ready but it was far from Ramada standards. First I noticed long dark hairs on the bedding, then began to notice the filth of the carpet and furniture. My guess is, the room had been quickly vacuumed but seldom cleaned (see photos). We laid the bath towels on the floor as we did not want to walk on them without our shoes. My husband and I then decided to give the pool and whirlpool a try as it was still early. The hallways in the property were just as filthy if not worse. The whirlpool was filthy with scum. Cannot guess the last time it had been cleaned. The pool was not as bad, but tile/paint was peeling. Not to mention the individuals outside the large pool window smoking, loitering....not sure. I will say it was a windy evening, but the window rattled and shook most of the evening, we wondered at one point if the window would crash in on us. We understand that properties are used by guests and can get stained dirty, but take a little time to CLEAN, not just vacuum. If the furniture is as bad as it was in our room - remove it; we did not need a dirty ottoman in our room. If the hallway carpets are so poorly stained, rip it up and put in tile or something else easier to maintain. The price was not bad, but it did not include any type of breakfast as they had a restaurant on the property that we did not even want to attempt. We did try a couple in town that we were pleased with (see other reviews). Most hotels in the Williams area appeared smaller chain or privately owned but I'm sure there are others cleaner, warmer, and more friendly. I would keep driving next time.

Stay here for one night. I stopped here on my way to see the Grand Canyon. The hotel is right of the I-40 behind a Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. The room was a standard room with a king size bed. It came with a flat screen tv. The bathroom was a nice size. They have a pool, jacuzzi, and a restaurant. The wifi worked well. The hotel is about 45-50 minutes away from the Grand Canyon. There are hotel closer to the site but you may have to pay a little more. I would stay here again.

Stayed for one night before going to Bearizona. Location was very convientent, right next to the Highway and only a couple minutes drive to their cute downtown area. The front desk staff was friendly. There is no elevator, so keep in mind if you have difficulty with stairs.

They had a popcorn machine and there was spilled popcorn all over the floor in the hallway.

It's a converted Holiday Inn, the sign it hard to read since they just threw a plastic sign over the old lighted Holiday Inn one. Lots of parking right in front of the hotel.

Housekeeping came in at like 9:30, one knock and then they were opening the door, which was a little frustrating.

You can tell it needs a remodel but the room was clean and I would probably stay again if I needed a hotel in the area at an affordable price.

Room Tip: There's no elevator for the 2nd floor rooms.
