Good idea, fresh meat but super thin like smashburger. For the price they charge should be a thick burger, MHO. Ample variety on menu including appi's and beers on tap.
The pastrami is thick cut, BTW, which has a weird, rubbery texture, for me; used to the nearly shaved and flakey pastrami.
Collins Irish pub & grill does it right, in Flagstaff, crave-able... I want one now!
