This became our breakfast place while using Winslow as our base for visiting nearby historic sites. I only wish we had been in town for other meals as this cafe has good food, a nice atmosphere and is very reasonably priced. Obviously a local hang out too - usually a good sign! At least one of the wait staff/managers has worked there all her life, her mother before her had been the manager during the old Route 66 days and had originally employed her daughter to clean tables.
Some reviews have stated the cafe is dirty - no, looked perfectly clean to us otherwise we wouldn't have returned. It doesn't look as if it has been refurbished for many years but that is part of its charm; it is the genuine article.
