For the price (around $65.) this hotel was just fine. Comfortable bed very clean room. Pleasant staff. This was a decent place for a layover. The negative was that the closest restaurant, Applebees which the hotel recommended was NOT good...avoid it.
We were driving from the east. The next morning we realized that there were many more hotels and restaurants further into Yuma. Breakfast was so so. No complaints but no praises either.

We stayed here at the end of April, 2012 and we were pleased that we did. The location is in a quiet area but near enough to the highway to make getting around the area totally effortless We found the people that checked us in and out were friendly and efficient. The room was super clean and fresh. That isn't easy to find anymore.

The breakfast room is very spacious and the food quality was good. Price paid versus value was excellent. We only had one issue in this hotel, although it is not unique to this property and we haven't downgraded our rating because of it. The breakfast room had a large television, with the volume up, tuned to a news station, in this case Fox.

It was the weekend, so a uncivil political chatter program was going on, with plenty of arguments. It was very disruptive. People have televisions in their rooms, if news or other disruptions are important, watch in private.

Breakfast rooms should be a place of quiet enjoyment to start the day. A blaring television is totally unnecessary and an assault on the senses.

We got a clean room with a good breakfast for a reasonable rate.

Room Tip: Choose top floor for quiet.

This Comfort Inn and Suites is about 10 minutes east of Yuma, convenient enough with a nearby large supermarket. We booked for a week at this fairly new hotel with spacious rooms, microwave and fridge, comfortable bed. After the first night we asked the desk for two more bath towels, as we find 4 the customary number. The clerk told us to go find the housekeeper, which we did. No change. Next day we asked the housekeeper again, she finally acceded. At breakfast, nothing to write homei about, my wife found there was no milk in the milk container. Seeing no dining room attendant, she asked the desk for help. She was told to go look for the dining room attendant. Overall, lack of friendliness and helpfulness by desk clerks, until last morning when young lady Maria on duty did we hear a "good morning.". Two pieces of fitness equipment were not in good order, one was being repaired toward end of our stay.

This was the 1st night of a 2 wk roadtrip with our 8 yr old grandaughter. It was a last minute reservation to get on the road. We found this hotel very nice. The room had 2 Queen size beds and very spacious. Quiet air conditioner, bedding comfy. The shower had good water pressure and just simple but nice. Breakfast was pastries, sausage, ham cheese omeletts, waffle maker, cereal and juice. Pretty good. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice stay.

stayed here for 3 nights. the room was spacious and had no hall noise. We had the room facing the road, avoid if possible, lots of highway noise early in the mornings. Our other booked room faced the back of the hotel and those staying in it did not here the road noise. Bed was on the firm side with the standard selection of pillows. Check in and out was no problem. Usual selection of breakfast items of hot ( eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles) and cold. Nothing to write home about. Overall good stay and easy access off the interstate.

Room Tip: chose a room facing away from the front road.

I stayed at this hotel recently and really enjoyed it. The staff was courteous, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. This hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Yuma off I-8 in a good neighborhood.
