But with that said this hotel was very clean and the bed was actually quite comfortable. In our travels we have often said we wanted to try this hotel since it is connected to a restaurant and it was OK. If we wanted to make it past the Memphis area we would probably stay here again. Two things that jumped out at me - It was older than I thought and someone on the cleaning staff REALLY likes their Febreeze!! If we had asthma there is no way we could have ever stayed here.
But on the positive side a nice surprise is you get a free voucher for breakfast in the Perkins that is connected to the hotel.

Stayed one night traveling through Arkansas and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Staff was very friendly and helpful both evening and morning shift. Included in price of stay was a voucher to eat breakfast at a Perkins Restaurant attached to the hotel.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write such a wonderful review of our hotel!
We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your breakfast experience at Perkins since we are a full service Holiday Inn, and do not provide a breakfast in our lobby each morning.
Customer service is always our top priority, and we are so glad that you not only experienced that within our hotel, but also at our restaurant.
If you are ever in our area again, we hope that you will choose to stay with us!

We had our annual safety seminar at Blytheville Holiday Inn last week. We hosted 80 guests from various states. The rooms were nice and well prepared, the meeting room was spot on with all the request A/V equip, and the catering was absolutely hassle-free. In fact, two days we even moved our lunch schedules up and Devon and the entire staff took care of it with no problem. I highly recommend this hotel for any business event that requires hotel stay and catering/food options. Completely first class and hassle free.

I would like to thank you for such a wonderful review of our hotel.
We are so happy that we were able to not only accomodate your business needs, but we were able to do so with such high regard to your needs.
Your meeting with us that week was very enjoyable, and we were beyond happy to have your entire staff at our hotel. Everyone was nothing but polite, and friendly, and the week went very smoothly.
Our hope is that next year for your annual meeting we will be able to provide as good of service to your group as we did this year!
Have a fantastic day!

I usually hate staying in Holiday Inns, but we were travelling and out of options so I called them and they had a room so we took it. We got in late, the check in was fast and pleasant, very courteous. Our room was large and clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable! We put our things in our room and headed to the restaurant. The staff was warm and friendly, and they warned us that the kitchen would be closing at 10pm so we could get our order in! My husband ordered the black Angus burger and I got the Maryland Crabcake, both were not only delicious but huge! And very reasonably priced! My bloody Mary was excellent! For breakfast we went to the attached Perkins with a breakfast coupon from the hotel, ever notice how when you show up with a coupon that you get shoved to the bottom of everything? Well not here! Everyone was kind and solicitous. Breakfast was fast, delicious and served with better service than I've gotten at really expensive fine dining establishments! And again very reasonable! Before we left this morning we checked out the pool area, which was clean, well kept and inviting! I also noticed an abundance of pool towels and several poolside rooms! I would stay here again in a heartbeat... and it's made me rethink my overall impression of Holiday Inns in general! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I would like to thank you for taking the time out of your day to write such a wonderful review about our hotel and restaurants!
We are so glad to hear that you enojoyed and were treated respectfully by both restaurants, and were able to say that both places met your expectations for both food and customer service.
Customer service is our number one priority, and we were so happy that we were able to provide that to you.
Even though you didn't get a chance to fully enjoy our pool area, we are happy that you did take time to stop by and see it. We are glad to hear that it was maintened to your standards, and was both cleanly and well stocked.
We are beyond thrilled to hear that because of our hotel, you are willing to give the Holiday Inn Brand another look!

Came into town for a wedding . Was impressed with this hotel from the time I walked into the lobby. The rooms are fabulous with the colored wall and decor. Also like the bath and body works products in the bathroom! Overall great stay!!

Friendly, clean, and comfortable. Great place to stop. This hotel was an unexpected surprise for me. I was traveling for business and stopped for the night. It is a step above other holiday inns. The complimentary breakfast at Perkins was great.

Noise in the hallways and TV on next door all night long = not the most restful stay.

Also, this is a remodeled Holiday Inn- rooms are still small and cramped.

Breakfast at Perkins can be unpredictable, so be ready to take your time. Guests are given vouchers for breakfast here instead of having a hotel buffet.
