We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Worcester. The house has been tastfully adapted to combine modern comforts with period features. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The en-suit is rather compact but has been well thought out. The breakfasts were well cooked, choice of fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast and full English. Guests all ate together round one table, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. We were able to leave the car parked and go into Worcester by bus, from the stop outside the house.
Do read the owners detailed instructions carefully when arriving as it is tucked away up a lane and as she advises, sat navs don't get it right.

Room Tip: If you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, then this is it.

Booked last minute and was not disappoined with this period house. Greeted by Jackie the owner who is such a lovely host and made you feel at ease instantly. We had bedroom at the top of the house and felt chilled instantly.Breakfast very relaxed affair with fresh fruit and full english offered and plenty of tea/coffee and toast. Depending on what time you take breakfast you maybe on your own or sharing the large oval table with others as we did which we enjoyed. After a days shopping and sight seeing returning to open fire was welcoming as property takes on another look. The Swan Inn is worth 5 mile drive from B&B. Have good selection of ales but don't do bar meals which is a shame but the restaurant is so popular you need to book. If you can get to the Singing Kettle up in the hills well worth stopping for. A very popular establishment due to the viewing platform with each table showing diagram of the ridges you can see on a 'clear day'. Would advise you book beforehand if you want lunch especailly on the weekend as it's so popular with walkers. Would I stay at Daybrook again absolutely...........

Room Tip: Stayed in room at top of the house and loved being up there but did take a sneak look at 2 other roo...

We really enjoyed our night at the Daybrook House. We were visiting the Morgan factory so it was a great location for that. The gardens were a lovely place to relax. The house and rooms were beautifully decorated. It is near a road, but the noise did not bother us. Breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife & I stayed at Daybrook last weekend. After a long drive, we found it very easily, with plenty space for parking. We were met by the owner Jackie, and immediately made to feel at home, and what a home! Very old-worldly, but in the right way - no cheesy nic-nacs!

At breakfast, we shared a table with 2 other couples, one of which were from Australia. It was nice to be able to chat to others - so often people don't even make eye contact in hotels.

Jackie was very attentive, and nothing was too much for her. You really are treated as HER guest, and not just A guest.

It can be a little noisy thanks to the nearby road, but I certainly wouldn't put this off me returning.

This was my first foray into B&B stays, and has certainly opened my previously hotel-focused eyes, although I can't think of any hotels that offer this level of service. Well done Jackie!

The 17th century house is beautifully maintained with many period pieces of furniture dotted around it. The welcome on arrival from the owner Jackie, couldn't have been warmer and more friendly, she really made us feel at home. The room was at the top of 2 flights of stairs in the house under the eves but was spacious, well appointed and the bed was so comfortable !
Breakfasts were cooked to order and were delicious. We will certainly go back again. Its one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at. It's location is great for visits to Malvern and Worcester alike so an ideal venue for a w/e holiday break. Great value for money a real gem.

Room Tip: If you have a difficulty with climbing stairs, the top rooms might not be your best option, so cho...

We booked into Daybrook House for 1 night, to break a return trip from Sidmouth, to our home further north. What a unique experience it was.

This lovely historic house is situated within a lovely, well tended garden. Despite being close to a main road, we found it very quiet inside the house. In fact from entering the property we felt as if we were stepping back in time, into a beautifully furnished and decorated 'old english' house and garden. We planned travel times badly and arrived earlier than expected - however the charming owner Jackie, welcomed us graciously and gave us a choice of rooms.

What can I say about the house and rooms apart from fabulous, - if you like beautiful antiques, wooden beams and staircases, tasteful well planned rooms and lovely comfortable beds/bed linen, this is a must visit. We had the use of a charming living room and wi-fi/ lap top was available. It was so quiet and restful, we felt as though we had rented a whole house to ourselves. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and the strawberries and yoghurt unusual, but very moreish. Jackie was very helpful providing information re both Worcester and more local place to visit/eat. Thank you Jackie, we will definitely be back, with friends.
