We stayed here as part of a package holiday (booked through Directski.com) in the first week of January 2009.
The apartments are literally just across the road from the piste, a minute at most from the locker to the slopes. Great.
We stayed in a 2/4 person studio. Myself and my wife stayed in one apartment and found this fine. 4 teenage boys stayed in another apartment and , although we considered it cramped, they didn't seem to have a problem at all! Overall its comfortable for 2 and a squeeze for 4.
Sleeping arrangements. Bunk beds in a recess and a sofa bed in the lounge area. (splits into two singles), both comfortable.
Heating. 3 Electric heaters. Very warm. We had to turn them off at night or it got much too warm. Easily adjustable heat via a numerical dial.
Shower/bath was fine. We never ran out of water but the last to shower in the boys room sometimes got a lukewarm shower.
Kitchen included fridge, 2 ring hotplate, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Full supply of crockery. Cups were small as usual so bring a good size mug for your cuppa! They suplied a cleaning kit which included washing up lioquid and pot scrubs. No tea towel.
Towels were provided (no hand towels), as was bed linned/blankets. Clothes storage was by way of a 4 drawer unit, adequate for 2 , a squeeze for 4. Little storage room to put away suitcases. There was a free in-room safety deposit box available.
TV had 15 local channels, none in English.
Staff were very helpful. We had a loose shelf which we reported on arrival and a handyman fixed it withing 30 minutes. You are required to hand up a €150 deposit per apartment on arrival (against damage). It can be by cash or credit card.
Ski Lockers. Superb. Included in the price. Brand new, indoor lockers with enough storage for 4 sets of skis. Walk out , across the road , up a short stairs, and ski away....what could be simpler.
Many facilities in the complex. 2 ski hire shops (both very helpful), internet bar, beauty treatment salon, cafes etc.
The only downside was some late night noise as people returned after a night on the town. To be expected with such apartments and not a fault as such, but the noise does echo up the stairwell. Didn't notice any noise from adjoining apartments however.
Overall, we were very happy with what we got and would happily return, You can book there independently and they have underground parking available if you drive to the resort.
