Staff at the reception was unpleasant
We arrived at the hotel on March 25th at 3:30 a.m. tired from the flight.
As we had a reservation for a room, made by our travel agent, we wished to check in.
The man at the front desk refused to check us in to a room saying that we must present a printed voucher which we didn’t have.
We had a copy of the voucher with the reservation number on our lap-top and showed him the voucher with all the details.
It should be mentioned that he had our full details on his list. However he refused to check us in without the printed voucher.
We suggested many solutions such as to e-mail the voucher, hands it on a disk on key or print it the next day when shops will be open but he refused and argued with us for 30 long minutes before he gave us the room.
His behaviour was humiliating and offensive especially because it was the middle of the night and we didn’t have other choices.
Beside that the rooms and spa are nice food buffet is ok but repeating itself every evening.
At the bottom line the experience at the front desk left a bad taste to our stay.More
