Had a few hours to wait for a ferry home from Cherbourg, decided to explore the peninsula, got lost and discovered Bricquebec, a small and very French town. Amazing location, fantastic sights to while away the hours. Not a clue where to eat, decided on this small bar.
The food was divine, fresh entrees, beautiful croque Monsieur and a Creme Brulee all of which makes above average French Bistros in the UK look overpriced and basic. 13.80 Euros per head with fruit juice, wine or beer!
Cheaper than a Big Mac meal, we need to learn............................
