Four years ago my wife and I were looking for a place to have our wedding. We wanted something small but nice. We sat down looking at places to go and were on the net for hours that night. We found the Inn at Rose Hall and gave them a call. To our surprise we called around midnight and felt so bad. We had totally lost all sense of time but Zoie was very nice to us. The next day we booked a weekend KNOWING they are a bed and breakfast and this is what they do (weddings). We had such a wonderful time and go back every year. We consider Zoie and Rita very close friends as every year they remember us. They are so helpful in every way and if they dont know the answer to our questions we may have they get on the phone with us standing there and make the calls to do so. We celebrated our third last year just a month after my return from Iraq and made me feel so welcome there.Everything has always been perfect for us and would not change anything about their way of doing business. If considering them we recommend them without hesitation! Please understand that the business of bed and breakfast is to keep everything in order and on time so the next couple is not waiting. Until they run us away we will continue to celebrate there from now on. The home is spotless, Breakfast is gormet, and the fresh baked treats hit the spot of everyone! Zoie and Rita are such wonderful people who work so hard to make everything perfect down to the smallest details. We recommend the Inn at Rose Hall to anyone considering a bed and breakfast. Keep up the good work!!

Inn at Rose Hall is a WONDERFUL bed and breakfast/wedding location in Eureka Springs, AR. It is beautiful, comfortable, restful, elegant. We LOVED it! Location is great, also - which we found is a HUGE plus in Eureka Springs. Zoie and Rita are terrific. Great attention to detail. The wedding was beautiful, well-organized, and special. Zoie arranges the flowers herself (fabulous!) and they baked the wedding cake from scratch. I was astounded! Private garden for weddings is perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND INN AT ROSE HALL!

Our check in time was at 2:00, after someone finally came to the door at 2:15m, we were greeted by Rita. She was very nice and informational. Showed us were everything was. The place was beautiful and very romantic. The problem me and my husband had was we were wrongfully informed. From my flowers and boutonniere , to our dinner certificate, carriage ride and brown bath water. Just a whole lot of things. We were very upset and wouldn't refer anyone to go there unless they get everything in writing. We were rushed like cattle, before we were done chewing our cake, the table and cake knife were cleaned off for the next couple. They took our champagne as if they were going to throw it away, and put our cake in our room before we even got to eat a piece! This was my one and only wedding and I felt it was just another one to them. We were told unless we had an unusual song choice they had some to pick from. There were only 3!! Do some research before you go or you wedding could end up like mine. DISAPPOINTING!

We stayed at The Inn at Rose Hall for our 1-year anniversary. The Inn and the setting are even more beautiful than they appear in the website pictures. I really appreciated the interior decoration, elegant yet understated, which incorporates lovely antiques without going overboard into Victorian kitsch like many B&Bs in the area. The in-room jacuizzi and huge, dual-head shower are just two of the amenities that make this inn well worth the price. Zoie makes you feel right at home and is full of information and recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and eating in the area. She is the ideal innkeeper; she is very friendly and shows genuine interest in her guests without being the least bit invasive. When we told her it was our anniversary she gave us a bottle of sparkling wine on the house! The breakfasts are delicious and filling, and served in a lovely little dining room overlooking a garden. One morning we saw a humingbird. I definitely recommend the Inn for a honeymoon, anniversary, or just a romantic getaway. There is seemingly an infinite number of places to stay in Eureka Springs, but we would go back to the Inn at Rose Hall in a heartbeat! Thanks Zoie!!!

We came to the Inn at Rose Hall for our wedding anniversary and stayed three nights. We were totally pampered. The innkeeper and her staff went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. She recommended great restaurants and was always willing to help us find our way around. She even said that she would come and get us if we got lost. The breakfasts were simply delicious and served to us in a special breakfast room. Free snacks, sodas and coffee were available for us. She would bake cookies and brownies and leave them in the kitchen for us. On our last evening there she even brought some cookies up to our room. Because we left early on our last morning there and missed breakfast, she baked some delicious pumpkin bread for us to take on our trip home.

The Inn was fabulous and our room was large and very elegant. It was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. What a wonderful place to go to get away and relax. It was quiet and peaceful. There were books that we could read, movies that we could watch and warm, soft robes that we could wear while we were there. After a day of shopping it felt wonderful to relax in the Jacuzzi. We definitely would come back and would recommend this Inn. It was a wonderful experience.
