My husband and I just came back yesterday from a weekend trip to Eureka Springs. When we plan a trip, I do extensive research before I choose the place we are going to be staying. The pictures on their website and the reviews sold me. Am I glad we stayed! When we got there, Julie welcomed us with a genuine smile and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She showed us to our jacuzzi suite room, behind the office and somewhat secluded, and as we went around the corner we saw the view. There is no describing how beautiful it was! After we got in our room, we looked around and found it clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the ice box kept our drinks cold and the jacuzzi was amazing! After getting settled in, we went out onto the balcony and Julie was taking a break on her balcony, which is next to ours seperated by a 6 ft wooden fence. We talked over the balcony rail for quite a bit about things like photography and scuba diving, learning a little about each other. She and her husband Steve have an extremely nice resort and will go out of their way to do anything they can to help. The sunset is indescribable, and the sunrise is beautiful. It isn't far from downtown and at the end of the road about 3 or 4 miles is a great restaurant. We will definitely be back here, if only to enjoy the view and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
