“Serenity on a veranda!”
Reviewed 18 July 2006

We were only able to stay for a weekend but managed to leave feeling as though we had been relaxing for a week. We stayed in the Valentine Suite and lived on the veranda. The attention to detail is remarkable here. So much thought has gone into making sure the guests feel at home yet still pampered as though in a luxury hotel. They brought us breakfast baskets so we didn't have to dress and go to the dining room. That was fabulous because we were able to linger and relax and sit outside and take in all the natural beauty of the area. The spacious suite had amenities too numerous to mention. We are planning our next trip up and are hoping to bring other couples with us where we can be together yet have our individual privacy. We were able to walk to all the shopping and dining places as parking is a premium in Eureka Springs so the location is seemingly out of the way but really isn't. The staff were virtually invisible yet met our every need and the proprietor was welcoming and a gracious host. We will definately be back!

We just returned from Eureka Springs and enjoyed our stay at the All Seasons Inn so much that it is worth sharing. Upon our arrival, we were delighted with the area and the Inn property; our stay continued to build upon our initial impressions.

The All Seasons Inn is actually comprised of three adjacent buildings, All Seasons Inn, Briarwood Lodge, and Daffodil Inn which are all located in the historical district on Spring Street (there are natural springs with a few feet of the property). We stayed in the cozy and tastefully ornate suite named Secret Gardens, at Daffodil Cottage. The variety of accommodations at All Seasons Inn all include suites that have all been completely renovated to include modern comfort and conveniences. Our large suite consisted of a parlor, kitchen that included a microwave and refrigerator, luxurious two-person Jacuzzi bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, and two bedrooms with king or queen sized beds. We noticed a sleeper sofa in the parlor but we did not need to use it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the central air and ceiling fans that have been added to this historical property. The renovation provided more than ample comfort during our stay since the outdoor weather at the time was hot and muggy. It felt heavenly at night to snuggle up under the luxurious bed linens and float comfortably away to dreamland.

In the morning we enjoyed the new day and coffee on our private porch before breakfast in the dining room. The breakfast menu consists of something for everyone no matter what your taste or dietary desires might be. The hearty breakfast sustained us through the day until dinner; Eureka Springs offers a variety of dining establishments and we enjoyed sampling some of the local restaurants in the afternoon and evening. During breakfast we chatted with other guests all of whom were extremely friendly and most of them were repeat guests on return visits to the inn. The welcoming and gracious innkeeper, Pat, is a wonderful hostess who thoroughly enjoys her guests; I can see why people enjoy going back to All Seasons Inn. While enjoying our breakfast, Pat and other guests chatted with us regarding Eureka Springs, area shopping, attractions, dining recommendations, etc; most of which are walking distance from All Seasons. A trolley stop across the street from the inn will take you to sites not within the historical district if you want to enjoy the sites along the way. It is worth noting that if you plan to dine at a particular restaurant, not all restaurants are open seven days a week; during the week, the some restaurants close for a day to give their employees some time off. But the restaurants rotate their days closed for business, so that travelers always have a fine selection for dining. An added benefit of All Seasons Inn is the free onsite parking for lodging guests; parking is at a premium in Eureka Springs since the town was obviously built long before heavy automobile traffic came to be. We noticed that other lodgings offered either no parking or inconvenient parking that required guests to climb hills to and from their vehicles, since Eureka Springs is located in the mountainous Ozarks.

For our fancy dinner out, we ate at the Crescent Hotel. We enjoyed the dinner, but were even more delighted by the friendliness of the staff and the hotel’s antiquity. Our server was working his third day of employment; he fumbled a bit but his desire to serve and do so correctly exceeded any negativity to our experience. We enjoyed interesting conversation with the man at the hotel registration desk about the hotel’s haunting history.

In the evening, even though we could enjoy snacks from All Seaons complimentary snack bar, select a movie from the DVD collection, play a board game, or relax in the gazebo, we were tired from the days’ activities and settled in for a quiet and peaceful night’s sleep.

My husband and I look forward to be return guests someday. Our 26 year old daughter is anxious to return All Seasons Inn and share the experience with her sister and sister-in-law. I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy the luxury, comfort and warm hospitality at All Seasons Inn, I totally recommend it without hesitation.

I've stayed there numerous times, and have had nothing but the greatest of experiences there. The location is outstanding as well as the breakfast. Would like to keep it a secret but being this great it has to be shared with all.

A peaceful bit of heaven awaits you while sitting on one of the verandas at All Seasons Inn. Pat is a great hostess, and is simply the best! She introduces you to your surroundings and then leaves you to relax and indulge in "The Eureka Experience." She is very accomodating, and a great conversationalist should you engage her. We found Pat almost 10 years ago, and haven't stayed anywhere else...nor do we plan to.

Researched all B & Bs in Eureka Springs prior to choosing and boy did I pick a winner.!! Stayed there May 13th &14th. The All Seasons is located right by all the shops and restaurants. Walk to it all. The B & B is in top-notch shape. Very clean and updated accomodations and the grounds are just beautiful. The owner also cooks up an amazing breakfast!! You won't need to eat the rest of the day. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Girls weekend (6 of us) - stayed at the All Seasons Inn in Eureka Springs, AR. What a wonderful place. Decorated very nice. We occupied one whole floor. Very comfortable, 2 king size beds and a queen. There were 2 pull-out single beds & we do not recommend those in those rooms. The owner/manager was absolutely the best hostess. She was very accomodating with any of our requests. They also served a great breakfast every morning - the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had along with, bagels, toast, cold cereal, oatmeal, quiche, bisquits & gravy, fruit, juice, milk, coffee. Close to the shops so you could walk just about anywhere. Easier than driving because there aren't a lot of places to park. We would stay there again. You can go to their site, Allseasonsinn.

Rooms were the best I ever experienced in a B&B. Very friendly hostess. In easy walking distance of downtown with free parking.

No better experience in Eureka Springs!
