I've stayed 3 times now & I'll keep going back for the relaxation, and price. Love all of All Seasons Properties. The stay is well worth the price & breakfast is delicious ! The owners are great & make your stay very accommodating. Plus the beautiful views from The back porch of the Piedmont House are so serene & awe inspiring. The Piedmont house is perfect for couples just wanting a little get away & time to themselves.

This was our second time we have stayed here and we will be back. The staff as always been nothing but very nice and polite. It's a great location where you can park your car when you arrive and not move it until you get ready to leave if you are willing to walk the beautiful town. This time we stayed in the Room with A View. The bed was the most comfortable bed and made me think of my grandmother's featherbed when I was a little girl. This place is so quiet and peaceful. My only complaint was the breakfast, the biscuits were canned flake biscuits and they were horrible. At least buy the frozen ones that taste like homemade. The crust on the quiche was burnt and was made from frozen crust.
We will definitely will be back and will be recommending it to all our friends.

Our stay at the Piedmont House was a very restful and quiet time for us. We stayed in the Crystal Suite for our Anniversary Weekend and were surprised how quiet it was. The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed our breakfast selection both mornings and everything was clean. Loved sitting out on the porch swing - so peaceful. It was a great stay!

It's a short walk into town and to the Crescent Hotel (if you don't mind it being uphill). The breakfast is adequate and I noted that they've stopped including Friday evening dinners. When the weather cooperates, it's very pleasant to sit on the porch in the evening. From the back of the wrap-around porch you can see the Christ of the Ozarks. The house was built in 1880, so the floors aren't particularly level. The rooms are all different, and while not large by today's standards, they are adequate for a short stay. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms are. We came in one night and there was a fairly large crowd of people gathered in one of the common areas near the door to our room. Once we shut the door, we never heard them. Also there was a couple with small children in the suite next to our room, and I could not hear them, either.

We were married at the Piedmont House nine years ago this past weekend. We made it a tradition to come back every year, and we have never been disappointed. Through the years, the owners have made updates which have only enhanced the experience. Each room has a unique charm to it. The jacuzzi tubs in most suites are a great addition.
Pat was a very gracious host who delivered lively conversation, and made us feel like we were visiting friends. Bruce was amazing with the breakfasts. Not only were they scrumptious, the presentation was awe inspiring. Loved the attention to detail, from the breakfasts to the washcloths shaped into flowers. We had a great time with peace, quiet, and a wonderful view of the mountains and Christ of the Ozarks statue. Please check this place out if you want to know what it's like to be spoiled!

Room Tip: Every room has it's good points.

Our sorority reunion group of 10 rented 5 rooms in the Piedmont, including Crystal Terrace, which provided us with a nice large space for gathering. This is an old building (late 1800's) so the stairs are narrow and steep, the floors a bit squeaky and sloping, the bathrooms not like a modern hotel. But it was charming and we really liked it. Breakfast is across the street. The breakfast food was plentiful but rather on the heavy side. You won't go hungry. The staff was extremely helpful with our planning of the trip, plus helping us with luggage, etc. Very pleasant, too. You just need to be okay with an old building and what that means in terms of amenities. Parking is a bit of a challenge. If you can plan your stay for weekdays, it would be to your advantage. It is easy to walk down Spring Street to shops.

Room Tip: The photos on the website are pretty accurate, plus I spent time on the phone with Pat going over th...

When we decided to move to Eureka Springs and renovate a historic house, we were in need of a convenient, close-to-town place to stay while our home was under construction. We chose the Circa 1880 Piedmont House at first for its convenience. Then came the comfortable, beautifully decorated room, modern amenities, off-street parking, and impeccable service from owners Pat and Jay and their friendly staff Lynn, Rodoffo, Chanel, Maria and Gloria. There’s also tasty morning breakfast across the street in Briarwood Lodge, plenty of goody snack jars and “rocking” front porches. So, if your planning an escape to Eureka Springs, check out Piedmont House. Word of warning....once you’re there, you might not want to “check out!”

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side have great views of the Ozarks
