“Holding a convention that had 2400 attendee they did a great job!!”
Reviewed 23 April 2012

I stayed there for a convention that had more people registered than the total population of Eureka Springs. However you would have thought the staff dealt with this every week from the caliber of service we received. Good old fashioned southern hospitality. Normally I avoid Best Westerns because they are independent and you never know what you will get. While the outside of this hotel is dated the interior has been completely redone. Nice spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, friendly people and the restaurant serves a great breakfast!

Room Tip: Nice Breakfast!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time. I booked on their website for a package deal called “Better Bed, Better Breakfast” and selected a room that included a Jacuzzi. The room was wonderful and the price was extremely reasonable. After staying in so many hotels with hard as a rock beds, this bed was so soft it was like heaven! The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful, a little small for 2 people, but hey, it was our anniversary. The hotel has an area with mini golf, pool tables and ping-pong tables. This was a little old and worn out, but still fun. The hotel has a restaurant called Myrtie Mae's. At the last minute I decided to get some cake and surprise my hubby. The hostess at the restaurant was very helpful and gave me 2 pieces since the slices were small. The next morning at breakfast, she was again the hostess and immediately asked how the cake was. The location is great and it’s very clean for an older hotel. As part of the package, we received $10 to use in the restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. The syrup for our Belgium waffle was so sweet that it was like eating candy! Yum! They have lots of other packages so you can easily find what you are looking for whether you are on 2 wheels or 4. We have already recommended this to family and friends.

We hold a Scrapbooking Retreat twice a year in the convention center and each and every employee no matter how busy they are always treat us so cheerfully and grant our every wish. Also let me say that the front desk employees are always so pleasant and kind to us. We love our time with this facility. Going back again in November.

Good location with clean rooms and very helpful front desk. We stayed in the larger suites in the back and they were very quiet. They have a good restaurant on the property so if you don't feel like going far they have good food. For the money this is a very nice place to stay.

We've stayed here many times, as individuals and with groups. The rooms are always good, the hotel is continually updating. Staff always accommodating. Myrtie Mae's Sunday brunch is always good, but roast beef always too rare for us. Unfortunately, the group dinners have deteoriated badly. Last time the food was inedible.

Room Tip: Rooms on lower lot that face the back are the largest and quietest.

We were very impressed!!

We arrived at 4am after a very long drive and were greeted like we were special by the night auditor, Helen. Helen treated us like gold and very helpful.

The manager at the front desk, Larry went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular. Thank you Larry.

We were only going to stay one night passing through to Branson. We decided to cut that trip short and come right on back to the BW Inn of the Ozarks.

The restaurant staff made sure we had anything and everything we needed. They were all so awesome! The food and salad bar outstanding.

Eureka Springs is such a lovely town and the Best Western had everything to do with it.

Our rooms were so clean and the beds....oh my the beds.....they were so comfy!!

They have an outdoor jaccuzzi enclosed by glass so it was warm with a great view.

Excellent stay!!

Room Tip: Stay in the building closest to the restaurant. They have balconies.

This hotel was chosen for its relative proximity to the church where my brother-in-law was getting married. It was interesting that they didn't handle groups well - getting rooms mixed up and the restaurant getting orders wrong (not on catering but on a table in their place for 16) but they always made it right. To the point of giving the bride & groom a 2 room suite, and fixing the rest of the rooms appropriately, at no extra charge.

The beds are wonderful - pillowtops - and the rooms are very clean! They have free wifi & cable and are very close to the rest of town. I'd happily stay there again!
