Attended what we call Cade Raid 2012 in August which is a group that ride Suzuki Cavalcades. My room was good and bed very comfortable. The ladies that clean the room did a great job every morning and never had any problems. They have about 16 covered parking spaces for your bike that has individual gates with a lock on it to secure the bike. There is no complimentary breakfast but is a restaurant on site that was pretty good or just couple of minutes from several other places to eat. There is a pool and game rooms and you can also watch movies outside near the pool area so is great for kids. If you want a refrigerator you have to ask one and they charged an extra $5 a night for that. They also provided a bike wash area with towels so highly recommenced this place.

My two boys and I vacationed with my mom in August 2012. We honestly did not spend much time at the hotel as we were in town for 1 night. Our room was very clean and quite. It was on the backside of the last building overlooking the woods. The boys and I enjoyed the pool and miniature golf - that was a nice touch from ordinary hotels. We had breakfast vouchers for the restaurant which was more food than we could eat but was good! Service was slow, but other reviews had already mentioned that so we weren't too surprised. Eureka Springs was an amazing little town that I hope to visit again. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed there for VW car show, worried it might not be nice being an older hotel. VERY NICE. Clean, fresh (not moldy), nice bathroom, very happy! Awesome pool with waterfall. Great party area/convention room. Game area is huge. Totally unexpected! :) Also has its own restaurant... slow but good.

Recently stayed in August 2012. Omg! The beds were comfy...the bathrooms clean clean....and there was a great pool hot tub and covered pavilion area with kids playground and pool tables etc. not only this, but sooo convenient with trolley service (no parking hassles). I've stayed at basin park hotel, the crescent hotel, and America's best value inn (NOT recommend that one!). For the money stay here...but note: I skip their restaurant...not very good....but local flavor for brunch nearby and autumn breeze for great great dinner ..or Emilio's. I enjoyed the best western inn of the parks. I was comfy and happy!

Room Tip: I was in 316 or 319 bottom floor.....great room..balcony off back if you a a smoker.

Stayed here a week in July for a Valkyrie Rally.. Could not have had a better experience. All of our needs were attended to without exception. The pool was great! The on site restaurant had good food at a decent price, something hard to find in Eureka Springs.

Room Tip: If you need covered parking for your motorcycle, all you need to do is ask.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked two rooms connected with an inside door. While researching properties, we narrowed our choices to the two Best Western hotels in Eureka Springs. We decided on the Inn of the Ozarks because it had an onsite restaurant, and we thought the wooded setting would be nice. When we arrived, we were surprised to see the "woods" are in the distance and the hotel does not feel like it is in a wooded setting. The hotel rate for Inn of the Ozarks does not include breakfast unless you mention the current "Better Bed , Better Breakfast" promotion. After a series of phone calls to make our reservations, we found this promotion on their website, but were not told about it by the reservation staff. Our rooms had an outside balcony, but the balcony runs the entire length of the building. Unfortunately, when we opened our curtained doors, we saw people walking by our room on the balcony. As a result, we never opened our windows, and were not able to enjoy the sunlight.

There is an additional charge of $12 / day for a rollaway cot in the room (that wasn't mentioned when we made our reservation), and there is a daily fee to ride the trolley (not mentioned when we made our reservation). Service at the hotel restaurant varied from excellent to awful...but overall we enjoyed the restaurant.

During our stay, the front desk staff was helpful (but very busy).

Room Tip: Ask for specifics about the balcony rooms. Be aware of the "connecting balcony". People...

Thank you for your stay with us at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. We hope you will come again and ask for building D which is nestled against the wooded area. We have five buildings on our property and some are closer to the highway and some in a quite area against the Ozark rolling hills of forest. We find many of our customers want diverse locations and we try our best to accommodate. We look forward to your next visit.

Eureka Springs is filled with B&B's, Small charming or romantic Inns, but they are scarce on hotels of size and quality. This is part of the charm of this Victorian Mountain town! But with our 7 year old in tow in July, we needed a pool. So the BW Inn of the Ozarks was a good choice. The suites (like room 343) are the best choice. They offer a frig, microwave, private balcony overlooking a wooded area and two separate rooms. Clean, friendly staff, good location, etc. I didn't eat the breakfast, but for an old fashioned southern BIG breakfast it's supposed to be one of the best in town.
