Arrived just before noon and was told we were getting the last two rooms available. Although our rooms were not ready, the clerk said she would call when the rooms were clean. We headed off to the bars and not too much longer I received a call that our rooms were all set.

The rooms were a bit dated, however they were fine. It would appear the bathrooms may have been remodeled. Aside from a water stain on the ceiling the rooms were okay. Again, as for a place to sleep, they were fine.

Overall, for the price I would have expected a little more, however this is Eureka Springs and those hotels are always going to be busy.

I would say this an excellent location as you're not downtown, but close enough if you want to walk downtown.

This was probably a nice place back in the late 60's or early 70's but it desperately needs a face lift. Our room smelled musty and so did the pillows. The bathroom area looked better than the rest of the room. There is a well worn recreation area out back beside an outdoor pool. It has outside corridors and no elevators. The desk clerks were friendly.

Beautiful room with large dressing area with coffee maker, sink and closet area. Commode and shower/tub in separate room. Chair with foot rest, table and lamp. Desk with rolling chair. TV on dresser and a padded bench. Most important was the comfortable pillow top bed. Outside entrance. Only improvement that's needed is a small frig.

We stayed here during a business trip. When we arrived at night, we were tired from traveling after a long day. The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and gave us our rooms on the 2nd floor, facing the pool and scenery. He said he gave us an upgrade to rooms with a fridge but I didn't check it out to see if this was true or if all the rooms had fridges. I must say that the room was must nicer than I had anticipated. It was large, clean, flat screen tv and the bed was very comfortable. There was a door to the outside deck area although it was a shared deck with other rooms. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as we were too tired to drive anymore and it was storming badly. The food was fantastic but right in the middle of dinner, we lost power as the storm was raging outside. At times it appeared the trees were going to come right through the windows. The staff kept things lit with flashlights and we ended up staying while the worst of the storm passed as they did not want us venturing outside. We got into our rooms later but the power was out until around 4:00 a.m. so I really didn't get to appreciate the room and it was hard to fall asleep as there were alarms going off all night. This certainly wasn't the hotels fault. The next morning it was still raining and we checked out. Our dinner bill was added to our checkout bills as we couldn't pay during the storm with our credit cards. All was fine and they welcomed us back for the next time, stating hopefully our weather would be better. We couldn't agree more. All in all, it was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed here for two nights as a part of a large car club rally. The hotel was our host and they did a wonderful job. Our banquet in their party house was out of this world good. I have never seen so much food prepared so well and served pipint hot! The service was also outstanding.
The rooms are a little old in terms of size but have been updated and well kept up. We got an awesome rate and found the staff to be very friendly. I would choose this hotel again because of the good prices and the very good food.

Room Tip: Get a room overlooking the beautiful pool and recreation center.

We came and were part if a large group of rooms booked for a wedding weekend. The night I the wedding several families checked out to go home. Upon checkout they asked about the posted Internet rates and why we were being charged SO much more. The hotel gave the pricing to one such family. Upon our checkout I asked the same. I showed her a screenshot of Their web page. The clerk rudely said that was how they made their living and he would do no such thing.
There are many more choices in Eureka and I would certainly choose them over this poor service and attitude.

My wife and I had stayed at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks 12 years ago and enjoyed just the one night we stayed that time with our room overlooking a hillside filled with trees. But we wondered how the motel had weathered the time and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was in wonderful shape. The rooms had obviously been updated and were spacious enough so that another couple could join us to play some board games without feeling jammed in. Thank the Lord this inn hasn't fallen into the "duvet trap" but has a comfortable blanket and coverlet allowing for two pleasant nights of sleep. My wife had phoned well in advance to make sure we'd have a small fridge and when there wasn't one in the unit, they promptly supplied one. We were especially taken by the friendliness and hospitality of Sue at the front desk. She was very helpful with suggestions and maps and so was a gentleman who may have been the manager. Plus, their Myrtie Mae's restaurant just fit the bill---a really good restaurant and one where parking and traffic was not a problem.

Room Tip: There's no elevator, so choose the first floor that backs up to the woods.
