We stayed at Eureka Holiday Hotel the 2nd weekend of Aug. When we arrived to check in, the front desk clerk, Jake, was more than helpful (and friendly-even as we requested a last minute room change). He was helpful with area restaurants, suggesting one we'd not yet tried that turned out to be our favorite yet! After we'd gotten to our room, Jake called down to make sure we were satisfied and asked if there was anything more we needed.
Our room, 224- a King suite on the interior pool side, was more than we expected. We had a separate living room with hideabed, kitchen area with table/chairs, fridge, microwave, sink and coffee pot. The 2nd floor is actually the main lobby ground level from the front, making our location perfect for accessing the pool, lobby, breakfast area, and our car.
The hot breakfast bar was surprisingly good- comparable to other breakfast buffets we'd tried in town- and free! (biscuits/gravy, eggs, hash browns, sausage, cereals, breads, muffins, yogurts, juices, etc.)
Our room was very spacious, more than enough room for two of us (we could have brought our 3 kids easily). It was also clean. Outside the bathroom there was an additional counter/mirror which was very handy.
We especially appreciated the hot tub after coming back worn out in the evenings (and the fact that the pool stays open late- til 11!) We never used the large two person whirlpool tub in our room bc we enjoyed the hot tub so much!
The king bed in this room was one of the most comfortable I've slept on... fairly firm, with 5 pillows... with the two sets of shades (one room darkening) it was tempting to stay in that bed!
To sum it up, the hotel is slightly older but nice and clean; the room was clean and spacious and a very good value for the price; the free breakfast bar was very good; and we could tell the staff were going above and beyond to please guests. We enjoyed our stay very much and will surely come back.

Room Tip: 2nd floor rooms are actually ground level.

The bed was comfortable, that's where my good review ends. The general repair of the facilities was poor. The bathroom in my room had mold stains in the grout, cracked tiles, the wall paper was peeling, the wall by the toilet was yellow and clearly stood out against the white it was supposed to be. The light fixture in the ceiling was gone with just an open hole, light bulbs, exposed wires and hopefully no cameras. Breakfast was great we went to McDonald's, because all they offered was coffee or water and a stale muffin. An upgraded breakfast was offered at an additional charge still cheaper to go somewhere else! I realize this is a cheap hotel and I don't expect perfection however, for 70 bucks a night I at least expect juice or milk with my stale muffin. I will spent the extra money and stay somewhere else next time. This used to be a Quality Inn and evidently no longer met their standards.

We stayed at this hotel and the staff was wonderful! Rooms were clean, housekeeping went out of their way for our extras. They have a full hot breakfast that was amazing! Even got a full belly after one serving. They have an indoor pool which they play movies in the evenings. Great for the little ones. Great bunch of employees. The front desk went above & beyond what they should've to make our four night stay as comfortable as possible. One clerk really stood out to us, her name is Michelle.
Thank you Eureka holiday hotel for such a great vacation and such a warm welcome. We will be back in October.

We planned a trip with our church for the passion play and this was the only hotel available for 2 nights. They told us that a portion of our stay supported the passion play in which we found out once we got there was a lie. A couple had to back out a couple of days before due to the husband having a massive heart attack. We called to cancel the room and were told they could not do that until we got there. Once we arrived we were billed the extra room and told to pay cash and they could drop the next room. We also found out they were no longer a Quality Inn and would be changing their name. The clearks and manager blamed Quality Inn for the problems and stated their hands were tied due to the red tape from QI. We were told one price, but it changed once we got there and started checking in. They advised it was due to the breakfast and that 2 queen bed rooms were only meant for 2 adults and small children. We even told them we did not want the breakfast coupons, but were still told the room would be more. My advise is to stay anywhere else but here.

My sister stayed here the night before her wedding. She asked for a late checkout and the desk said she could have until 2:00pm. They started harrasing her right after 1:00 about leaving. They were totally rude and kept calling and coming to the room. The mgr was a real biotch! If u tell someone a certain time, and we were all out at 2, leave them alone! Made for a very stressful time while we were trying to get everyone ready for a wedding. Will not recommend this place to anyone!

We had planned on staying here two nights, we arrived on June 6, 2013 my husband recieved a phone call from work and he had to go back so I called the front desk and asked if we could get our second night back and the girl said she had to ask the manager and they said "YES" we could so we checked out the next morining early to head back home. Two weeks later I recieved my statement and they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $13.75 sales tax - yes I have the reciept. I am calling the State of Arkansas, MY Bank, Quality Inn Headquarters and filed a compliant and anyone else I can think of. Michelle front desk girl and Casey the manager hung up on me three times and Casey said " you really going through all this for 13.75 and I said yes I am. They are very rude! Hotel is old, needs updated, room wasn't clean hair in the shower, movie was suppose to start at 7:30pm it started at 8;45pm after we asked if they were going to start it because we had grandchildren with us. Elevators were broke first night!

Don't stay here thats all I can say - they'll charge you for something!!!!
