Tried the pasta and veal, very impressed. We really enjoyed the food and the waiter was bubbly and easy going. Ambience was also relaxing. Highly recommended especially at dinnertime.

We were here for lunch a couple of times. While we are no Greek food expert we found the lamb in wine very tasty and tender. We also like the mixed cold appetizer. The wine were great too.
But what made us come back the second time was the service. The staff were attentive and friendly. When I clumsily toppled my coffee they immediately offered me a second cup without me even asking.

We had a nice meal here, one of 4 restaurants while in Meteora. While we had friendly service, we found the food to be quite average. I know that tour buses stop here, and that's sort of what it felt like -- food prepared ahead for large groups, not cooked hot when you order. In fact, everything they brought us was sort of lukewarm. Not bad, but not great in our book. Though the price is quite reasonable, we found there are better options in town. This might be one of those (few) times that Trip Advisor gives it a little too much "hype".

The restaurant enjoys a well-deserved popularity. Of course, one of the conditions is a good place near the bus station. But I think the main merit is the work of the whole family from cooks to waiters. The cuisine is great. We chose mousaka and pasta. Home-made wine was perfect. The waitress works fast, speaks several languages. You can sit outside or inside. We chose inside, curious to explore the interior. It will be interesting for numismatics and other collectors.

Located at the center of town, the restaurant offers a great ambience and we enjoyed sitting al fresco in the cool evening air. The Meteora Salad was awesome and highly recommended. The Eggplant Saganaki was a tad salty, but still not bad. The Lamb with Wine was great, but the Veal with Onions was not as tender as we hoped. The serving portions are huge, and you may want to consider sharing them if you don’t have a huge appetite.
