Stayed a night here on the way to Prague via Dublin airport. Nice spacious lounge, 2 resaturants both called the Brasserie, one is a bar menu, the other a la carte, which caused some confusion. However, having chosen the 2 courses for 20 euro each including a glass of wine, we were very pleased with the pork we chose (delicious flavour!)and the dessert had a choice of '2 pots' or 1 pot and coffee, unusual but just what we wanted, a small dessert and a coffee! Upstairs, all was immaculate, but the TV as another reviewer noted was an ancient model with little room for the large backend so couldn't face the bed! And the station settings were all wrong!! But the worst thing was that we were given a room card, the room was open (seems that is the policy until guests arrive), we went down for dinner but on return the card wouldn't work! I waited in the corridor until my husband returned to say they told him his card had the wrong number!! Otherwise very comfortable and the shuttle bus was great!

I chose this as our ending point of a month's trip to Ireland and Scotland. The room is spacious and the hotel has a nice lounge to get a drink or quick snack. It is a good spot to end a journey. The hotel has a shuttle that runs all day to the airport. I wouldn't recommend to stay here to visit Dublin but to be close to the airport it is a good choice.

After two nights at the superb Sheraton in Athlone, we chose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had a flight very early the next morning. What a disappointment! I left our rental car in the car park only to discover an hour later that it was a 20-mins max wait. Overnight parking was round the back. The girl on reception looked at me as if I was a complete idiot for not understanding and told me there would be a charge of €8. Given that the hotel is 10 yards from a busy roundabout and close to the motorway, I wonder how many guests DON'T have a car? We had to use our room card to access the lift - never a good sign - and nobody offered to carry our bags. The room itself was only just large enough for 3 people and decorated in an appalling yellow with 1970s-style furniture and a TV set that looked as if it had been made in 1982. The picture quality was dreadful. Leaving the window open was not an option, as there was far too much noise from the roundabout below and we had a floodlight outside pointing up into our window all night so the room was not dark at all. Overall, the hotel reminded me of a 2-star hotel chain in France like Ibis or maybe a Novotel, only twice the price.

Avoid at all costs if there is a wedding on in the hotel. Booked recently on Friday eve for an early flight from Dublin airport. There was a wedding reception on and we were staying on second floor and could hear band and DJ music thumping until early hours of the morning. After numerous complaints they offered to move us rooms which was no satisfaction past 11 at night. Very unsympatheic when went to complain following morning. Not a good way to start a holiday

stayed one night, prior to an early flight. had meal in the bar area which was fine all be it a limited menu. there is a restraunt which probably had a better choice. staff friendly and helpful. room good. the usual sort of chain hotel standard but everythiong you would need was there! check in and check out was problem free. frequent shuttle bus to dublin airport which takes no more than 10 minutes. aould stay there again if travelling early from dublin.

This hotel is difficult to drive to. We have done it a few times and still always take a wrong turn. The google instruction is confusing so be very clear about where you are going when driving from the north.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and most importantly they run a shuttle bus about every 20 minutes to the airport. However the shuttle bus does have to park quite a bit from the terminal so if walking is difficult best to ring and make an inquiry. Also the parking for prolonged periods is great value if you book and pay in advance online.
Staff in the hotel are helpful and friendly. Bar prices and food are a bit on the expensive side for what you get. But all in all a good place to stay the night before travelling from Dublin airport and good for parking.

Room Tip: its a quiet area so all the rooms should be ok

I was in Dublin for a party. Very large hotel, staff were very friendly and I felt at home. The room was quite spacious, clean and bright. The only 'down side' was that there was no room service, but overall it was a great stay.
