This restaurant is easily the best Indian restaurant in Newbridge. It has had a few changes of management over the last few years but thankfully its present owners are a professional operation connected to the Maharaja chain in Dublin.
Food quality is the best I have had when it comes to Indian food. Freshly prepared and full of the blended spices that make Indian so special. The Peshwari Nann is to die for as is the shared starter for two. The Lamb rojan josh and homemade Korma are two of my favourite dishes.
Service is excellent and English is spoken and understood quite well. Staff are all in uniform, experienced and well presented. Great Value deals which include any two starters or main courses from the A La Carte menu for €30 for two people. I return at least 3 times a month and the consistency of the food and service is what makes the Buddha Palace my favourite restaurant in Kildare.
