Recently stayed here for a friends Wedding and I was pleasantly surprised by the size, layout and decoration of the bedrooms. The power showers are brilliant. It is conveniently located right outside Navan town. Breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely large airy dining room. Staff are friendly and helpful and the entire place is spotlessly clean.

Very clean, excellent breakfast but noisy. I had a room on the front of the building which faces directly onto the Dublin Road. Couldn't keep windows open because of the traffic noise. However, for a cheap nights accommodation would recommend.

I stayed downstairs and due to the wooden floors in the hallway I found it noisy with all the sounds from breakfast, doors etc. being echo. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff, good value and I would stay again.

We recently stayed here for a friends wedding nearby. So therefore we didn't really use the room much as we arrived back late and left at 11am the next morning. The rooms were fine and clean. The only criticism we have was the lady that worked there, checked us in, out and served breakfast was very unhappy, no chat no smile just looked very bored to be there and to be repeating the same information. As we were late waking up i called reception to see if we could have our breakfast in our room as we wouldnt be ready to go down, she informed that they do not do that and breakfast had finished now anyway. I feel they could have been slightly more accommodating and offered us some simple toast or fruit, there isnt exactly any shops or cafes nearby to get anything from.

Stayed here to visit Navan and was welcomed by very helpful Lithuanian lady, given spotless room and offered help with finding somewhere locally to eat that evening. Tv was not tuning for me and I was again helped by the host, very friendly and accomadating. Room was to the side of the premises so there was some traffic noise from road and people parking up overnight behind the house, otherwise it was a fantastic en suite with comfy bed!
Breakfast was cooked to order and really set you up, full Irish all included.
Would definately return and recommend this B&B to anyone :)

Room Tip: Choose a room to the back of the property if you are a light sleeper like me.

We arrived late on Friday night after getting lost on the way. We received a very warm welcome and were delighted with our rooms which were all close together. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and again nothing was too much trouble. The guesthouse is a short distance from Navan centre and so is very convenient. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
