Just returned from midweek break at BHH. Score 5 for overall, cleanliness, rooms, svc & value, 4 for location. Hotel was full, many families with babies & young children, all happy & so well behaved, many apparently returning regularly. Setting stunning, food second to none. Everyone seemed so happy to be there. Despite crowds BHH was run as professionally & cheerfully as a live advertisement. Wonderful!

The reception we received was just wonderful from check in to check out. The food was fabulous and the staff are out on their own with hospitality. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Ireland and this really is up there with the best of them. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Cannot wait to go back. Wonderful night awat

Thus was our 2nd time staying in Bloomfield and it certainly won't be the last. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the younger ones are great with the kids.
Clean and cosy and big rooms. Only thing was in a family room there wasn't enough shower gel/shampoo/towels for all the family unless you asked for them, it should be obvious the normal amount isn't right for a family room.
Dinner & breakfast were fantastic. See you again next year.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting! We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at Bloomfield House. We could do just what we liked without being disturbed. Very pleasant walks around the grounds and down to the lake. Food was really good. Very spacious bedroom. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front with a view across the fields and lake.

location is a very relaxing getaway, lovely short walk to the lake from the hotel for an evening stroll. Quick and pleasant drive to decent sized town
Food was excellent, 4 course dinner delicious both nights and breakfast buffet so lots of choice and plenty to eat. Restaurant staff very attentive and friendly
Our room was big enough, and had a lovely view, but noisy due to A/C fans on the roof
The leisure facilities were widely available which was an added benefit, pool was lovely

Room Tip: get a view of the lake, beware the noise of the A/C on roof of hotel

We stayed here for one night. I couldn't fault the place or the service that we received. Our room was nice and spotless clean, nice bar area and a beautiful large area at the front of the hotel to sit and enjoy the sunshine and the wonderful view. We will return again and look forward to it!
