“Beautiful Gate”
Reviewed 17 March 2014

The Estepa Gate is beautiful and is at the entrance to the Alameda de Andalucía, which is one of the principal streets downtown. The base of the gate is planted with beautiful small plants with flowers, so it is a very colorful place.

“A Gate That Calls Attention”
Reviewed 6 November 2013

The Estepa Gate is located at the very important main road Alameda Andalucía and its good architecture calls attention and is quite decorative for the city. The gate welcomes visitors to the city and is located across the bullring.

“Good Architecture”
Reviewed 6 June 2013

The Estepa Gate has three arches and is quite monumental and impressive. I especially like the
image of the Virgen del Rosario made in terracota, made by the sculptor Eloy Garcia.

“Impressive Gate”
Reviewed 20 January 2012

Towns with history in Andalusia have gates that lead to other cities. The Estepa Gate led to the road to Estepa. This gate is monumental and has three arches and is made of brick and red stone. The gate has the image in terracotta of the Virgen del Rosario that was sculpted by Eloy Garcia. Behind one arch is the image in tile of Santa Eufemia. The gate is of recent construction, dated 1998, to replace the old one destroyed in 1931.
