“Lovely hotel right on the beach... best yet for me!”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

Stayed in Ronda 4 for a week this month and it was fantastic. Had a really enjoyable stay. we stayed in room 702 and had an amazing view of the beach and the pool, Could hear the waves of a night on the beach which was really nice and relaxing. The room was clean and tidy on arrival. The cleaner did only come in to bring clean towels ... which i prefer as i dont like the thought of people in my room while im out but the room was equipped with a brush and mop so we was able to brush the room through ourselves when neccesary. Staff at the hotel were really friendly and the restaurant downstairs was really nice for a quick cheap breakfast. You can purchase wifi for right round the hotel for cheap enough (10 euros for 3 days) giving you really good signal even upstairs on the 7th floor. They also have a solarium sun roof with sun lounges which is a brilliant suntrap for those wantig to catch a few rays. A good walk rom the lively nightlife but a nice walk off a day and only 8 euros in a cab of a night so cant complain. Had a really enjoyable stay and would definitly stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 702 .. really good views of beach and pool. high up but really nice. Also can hear the sea of a...

Family friendly and great fun. Everything is nearby and the beach is just across the road. I loved the pool and the rooms are great. There was a giant beetle in our bathroom so the cleaner came and took it away. I slept very well and so did my family. Very clean. Our balcony was slightly stagnated so the table that was given knocked over a lot. Over all it was a great holiday

Room Tip: The best balconies are facing the beach. They are brighter and have a great view over the Mediterran...

This is a great value hotel. Rooms are basic but spotless.
Great position. We stayed in a room at the side overlooking the pool of the next block and it was fine.
Only downer the rooms do not have hair dryers, which I defiantly think they should provide as most people are watching their baggage wait and don't want to carry them.
More towels should be left in room, as they are not changed every day.

Just come back from a week at the Rhonda 4 and I have to say the rooms were absolutely spotless I have included a picture of the inside of the microwave to prove how clean everything was. Staff excellent and helpful. No toaster but I asked at reception and within half an hour a boxed toaster was brought up. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment room 610 which was at the back corner but gave us a view of the pool and of the sea. Location wise it is a 15 minute stroll to the centre of Fuengirola but would be quicker if didn't have 7 year old in tow. If you just want the beach cross the road and you are there where there are plenty of sunbeds to hire for all day. Supermarket downstairs has the basics but what you need for snacks and the odd meal, water was 1.40 for 8 and a half litre. Plenty of sun beds if you want to stay by the pool which we saw cleaned everyday about 7 in the morning. Train station is 5 minutes away and cheap travel. If I could find fault it would be the TV ok if you are an adult but with children they need a little TV before bed and the TV offered no English channels apart from Discovery max which was a Spanish TV station but most programs in English. But if you have a tablet it is 10 euro's for 3 days of wi-fi in your bedroom which is what we did for the little boy to watch TV. There is a cafe there but we only ate once ( a full English for 4 or a larger one for 4.50 and it was worth the money All in all I would go back here as it is a cheap hotel but with good standards and service.

Room Tip: Try and be higher than 4th Floor and you will get a view of the pool and sea

We came back from holiday on June 11th after yet another brilliant stay at these apartments. On arrival we were quickly seen to by the receptionist who spoke perfect English. We stayed for 7 days and had towels changed twice in the stay which is very acceptable. Our apartment this time was on the 7th floor after previously having stayed on the 1st floor and the 5th floor. There was a great view of the pool and the sea front and the sun bathed our balcony til well after teatime. The apartment was well equipped as usual and was spotless. We do advise to take your own travel kettle as it is a lot quicker than boiling the kettle on the hob. The television and air conditioning was free although you need to hire the remote controls for a returnable deposit of 20 euro. We were lucky enough not to be kept awake at night by noise as there wasn't any! Do try the bar as it is run by lovely friendly barstaff who do all they can to oblige and do a fantastic 1 litre jug of Sangria for just 6 euro. The supermarket attached to Ronda 4 is very reasonably priced and has staff who are very friendly and helpful. The Ramazotti Pizza restaurant is as good as ever and the Marina bar in the harbour does excellent food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We loved doing the Gibralta trip at just 14 euro return and got some very good bargains. This was booked at Fuengirola bus station and we were duly picked up outside Ronda 4 exactly on time and returned there at the end of the day. The ferry to Benalmadena was also excellent value at just 14 euro return and we also got to see the dolphins on the return trip. The train station is opposite the airport and the fare to Los Boliches is still just 2.75 euro and takes just 30 minutes so there is no need to book expensive airport transfers. It is only approximately 15 minutes walk to Ronda 4 from where you get off. Trains run every 20 minutes up until just after midnight so please check what time you are landing!! We have already booked to go back to Ronda 4 for a week in October and are looking forward already to it.

Room Tip: 1 bedroom apartments seem to be on the side with a pool and sea view. Try to avoid rooms that end in...

Stayed for 8 nights whit week
This is the 3rd time we have stayed and again the rooms were clean and well equipped.
Prior to and on arrival reception staff where pleasant & helpful.
The bar staff were great and would bring samples out to the pool area like sangria and paella. The bar is reasonably priced and offers specials of the day.
Our room was cleaned once during the week but the towels changed 3 times.
The pool area was cleaned daily.
On site the supermarket stocks most items and is cheap.
The talk of the town is a good bar and they offer discount off food for ronda guests.
One final tip is get the train from malaga as its 3 euros and stops in resort
