We visited Nerja for a early afternoon outing, visited plenty of the individual and unique gift shops. While walking along Almirante Ferrandis 31 we came across a variety of Restaurants serving different types of food. However, La Braseria stood out from the crowd with there clean, elegant and upmarket look. We browsed the menu on display outside the restaurant and where stunned by the relatively pocket friendly prices in such a elegant restaurant. The menu is written in Spanish and also English to which i found very helpful due to my lack of spanish vocabulary. We sat down and i ordered the Ribeye Steak, while waiting for this the waiter bought out a small tasting starter that was a mixed salad on a desert spoon, Full of flavour and something a little different and free of charge. This was then followed by the best steak that i have had in a very long time. It was cooked to perfection and full of flavour with a delicious side of vegetables. I did ask for chips as an extra, this was proved for free and where fresh, hand cut potato wedges. For desert followed my favourite, Creme Brule. This just like the steak was fabulous and tasted just like an authentic french desert with a fresh strawberry to garnish the top. Would rate this establishment a 10/10 and recommendation to anyone wanting a real taste of flavoursome food.
