A super 3 bedroom villa with all the amenities you need, well presented , clean and super views of well maintained gardens along with sea view. A very safe location on a secured complex site with 2 community pools, which are safe clean and ideal for families or couples. The owners gave me confidence in our booking with regular communication and contact right until the end of our holiday, supermarket & bars within short walking distance, beach a 10 min walk away. The villa is in a truly superb location and very well equipped - probably the best equipped SC property we have rented - which I suspect is down to the owners using the property themselves when it is not let out. There were 5 adults in our party (mostly family) and it would accommodate 6 comfortably. The gardens are so good the locals come and have their wedding photographs taken in them. Nerja is a gem of a town if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe and want to avoid the high rise coasta del sol experience. Lots of good restaurants in in the old part of town and well worth the taxi ($7) or the walk (20-25 mins). You can still get to the main beach in 10-15 mins taking shortcut by rough/dusty lane next to the aqueduct (seen from the balcony) but the slope and steps are quite steep at the bottom. Highly recommended.

We stayed here with our 3 children at the beginning of the Easter holidays. The place is easy to find lots of space with all facilities. Great views and only 10 minutes easy walk to the beach.

This villa was clean, very comfortable, well furnished, with plenty of wardrobe space, and a small but excellently equipped kitchen. The views were fabulous, surrounded as it was with palm trees and amazingly colourful tropical plants. The two showers were brilliant, with very good water pressure. There are a few steps leading up to the front door, so it is unsuitable for wheelchair access, but even with arthritis and a walking stick, I managed it easily. The owner is the friendliest, most helpful one I have ever come across. He gave us some really great suggestions for car hire, eating out etc. Nerja is a lovely, lively town, and has something for everyone. We very much liked the beach at Burriana. If you are feeling fit, try walking to it on the path by the viaduct, much quicker than walking by road. Otherwise, taxis are reasonable and very efficient - we never had to wait more than five minutes, and all the drivers seem to have some English. Our group of six, ages varying from 46 to 74, had a fabulous holiday. Casablanca 49 isn't just a holiday let, it's a real home - but better!
